Prob the nicest Wendy’s with the worst service in Scarborough. There’s usually 1 employee who knows what to do and 10 others completely lost. And the manager just yells at everyone in front of the customers. It’s odd.

Not sure if they recently changed the management here, but the new manager is excellent! She makes sure the service is quick, every customer is satisfied with their service, and the location is clean! Other Wendys locations need to take notes!

The staff are incompetent and don’t know how to read simple instructions like no mayo or tomato. Store has been bad for years. Don’t go there if you don’t want to waste your money and your time. They also don’t own up to their mistakes and staff are rude and dismissive.

Usually don’t write reviews and just continue abut my day but Idk why everyone there that answers the phone seem to have a attitude when I’m just calling to enquire about my order..
I work with costumers myself and would never talk to anyone the way some of these workers do. All I did was ask for extra mayo and ketchup and the lady told me I’m only getting ONE lmao .
And when I ordered myself food they put pork on my sandwich and I don’t eat pork for religious reasons. Please do better … yall have messed up my order on numerous occasions and some of your start are very rude :/

Please get your breakfast service in order. U have now been to this loccation on several occassions and the breakfast is always an issue with people being parked or told in the line they cannot order breakfast even though it is not 10:30 yet.

I ordered breakfast for pickup with doordash at 10:05 am and it was confirmed. I got to the restaurant at 10:17 and the order was not ready. I show the details to the manager and she says she has no order..that I did not complete it. A few moment of waiting and I get a message it was cancelled as the store did not confirm. Then the manager tells me she cannot make breakfast until I start to complain then she says she will make it but I have to wait. I did not get the food until 10:40. There wete other people also waiting in line before the 10:30 cut off and then she told them they couldnt order breakfast.

My go-to Wendy’s location. Good food. Cooked properly. Fast service. Friendly staff. The machine which contains soft beverages works well and the beverages doesn’t taste like cleaning detergent chemicals. Thank you for that. Please keep up the high standards. Looking forward to my next visit.

Such a horrible experience ? First of all under staff and I think looks like she's the MOD who was wearing a blue jeans was so frustrated and sounds rude to her employees and to the Uber driver. There is absolutely NO customer service. There was a long line up in the dining room and no crews were acknowledging or welcoming the walk in customers and everyone was busy with their drive thru customers. Are We not paying for our food when being as a walk in customer?? Why walk in customers are been ignored?? . I stood in the line for more than 20 mnts to be called for taking my orders and the order # 2112. After placing the order it took another 12 mnts to get my order. No 'smile' and No 'thank you' to me. None of the Kiosk is working and it says 'Sorry, it's break time '... No Vanilla frosty available. Condiment stand and the floor around was messy with paper cups and fries cup and napkins. No ketchup dispenser in the stand left with only the lid of it. In short this visit was a total disappointing with my 2 daughters. I'll never go back to this location.

Don't get Krabby Patty meal, don't make the mistake I did, because it's nothing special. Took my kids and got 2 combos the cost was around $27 no special box, it's the same wendy's paper bag they always use. Burger is really small, fries is small too. So if you don't want to be disappointed, don't waste your money on this Krabby Patty.
