Dishonest business, double charged in the drive through.
Used the drive through to order, tapped my card at the window (but POS terminal made no sound,) then told me to wait up front for the food. A few minutes later they came out and said my card declined and asked me to reverse and pay again. I tapped again (still no sound) but said I was good and handed me my food.
I drove home and checked my bank app because something didn’t feel right. Lo and behold two charges for different amounts under authorized. Waited a couple of days and checked again and charges are now posted. What most likely happened was the first lady didn’t charge the right amount, but 2nd guy who told me to pay again just charged for another meal without refunding/canceling the first payment. They also probably disabled the beep/speaker on the POS terminal for this reason. For both transactions they never gave me a receipt either, so I can’t dispute via bank…
$9 might not seem like a lot, but I’ll ever go back to this scummy establishment. I’d suggest anyone else going to be cautious as well

Today Nov 15th 1:16PM was a definite miss!!..This location usually gets it right and hot/fresh. Drive thru order taker got the order wrong. Asked for an upsized drink for kids meal got the same juice box. Asked for a double JBC got a regular JBC. Asked for nugget sauce got nothing. Nuggets were subpar. Usually my favorite location for fresh and tasty just not today

I always come to this location whenever I crave for a dave's single , the food here is almost always fresh and the staff is really nice. Would recommend this Wendy's location. Sherona is one of the best employee here that serves us with a positive attitude and good service
