So this place was terrible. First off all, some stupid employee decided to bite my child’s burger, second of all, my points didn’t come after waiting for 12 hours, third of all, some aggressive employee decided to swear at me. Im unlikely never visiting for a second time.

I’ve never been so disappointed. The place was an absolute mess—trash all over the floor, sticky tables, and it was clear no one had bothered to clean in hours. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude.

So I just went to Wendy’s to order food at steeles and midland… they were not accepting any larger ($50, or $100 bills) even though they are government bills provided by the bank. I asked her to get the manager to check the bills if she had any concern, she said she was the manager and they are choosing to not accept them. This is absolutely crazy especially on an order that is $35- $40

I am skip driver in I have one order in wendy midland at 8.15 p.m 2025 August 15. In my order note says after 8.00p.m come and pick up the drive through i came drive through they said to parked the car and come inside to pickup I already waiting drive through line I said I wait here you give my customer order but she said move the car and I call the police. What’s this manager must take action to her.employee behave very bad why they wrote like this come and pick up after 8.00p.m using drive through. This Wendy’s staff very bad

Wendy's midland and steeles seriously needs to re-train or higher new employees.
They dont take the orders properly, plus on top of that they gave me a half a bowl of chilli. ITS Already a small cup of chilli, but wow giving me half the cup is wild. Am I paying for the air within the other half of the cup?

Not once, but this has happened now multiple visits.

Owner needs to take some action on this.
