This was the worst Wendy’s experience I ever had ! Who even made my baconator burgers needs be trained properly on how it’s made ! My burger had no cheese, hardly any bacon, hardly any mayo and ketchup…. It was a complete disaster. I really hope to hear from a manager so they can correct this problem. This Wendy’s location has always been good… not sure what happened today.

I never leave reviews but I want others and possibly his manager to read this. I had a gentleman named Deshan serve me today and his attitude was not welcoming. I was eating in, and he slammed the tray down and my food on it. He was very short with his words and glared at me as if I did something wrong. I was very positive during our interaction but clearly he did not want to be there and it was reflected in his customer service. I hope I never have to be served by him again, if I come in and see him.. I’ll be leaving.

I came here tonight to get a Daves single combo the staff member named “Deshaun” was the rudest male I have ever met in my entire life. He made a comment about my order and said some very inappropriate comments under his breathe. After confronting him he mumbled more, I asked to speak to manager he said he was “one” and when I said is there somebody else that works above him? He then told me that person was away for a week. I will never come back to this location because of this man. Will follow up with said “manager” above him as this was such an awful experience.
This wendy’s is the dirtiest i ever seen, i was uncomfortable to eat as the dining room is not cleaned! Service was okay!

I really don’t even have to say anything, the picture speaks for itself. Came here Oct 28 around 9pm to pick up a mobile order and this was the side Caesar salad I was given, and they forgot the croutons. I used to go to this location all the time but have not been in the last couple years. Clearly the quality has gone down drastically. Disappointment is an understatement.
