After waiting 10 mins at drive thru with just 1 car in front. We were told to wait another 4 mins. All we ordered were 2 cups of coffee. Wow...the server didn't acknowledge and only said I have a customer? Will not return again. BTW.. the coffee tasted awful.

Ordered a burger at opening must have been yesterday’s. Nuggets also the same cold and almost seemed like cooked for a second time.

Waiting too long to get the order through the drive thru, they forgot to give me the straws for the drinks, stating that we have to aske for it, also the chicken sandwich is not like what we use to order before as the quality became very bad.

I had to give you a star or wouldn’t let me write this. It’s disgusting to know that this Wendy’s and this one is alone charges 30 cents for sour cream 30 cents nobody else does that like no other Wendy’s that I’ve gone to she must be really tight for money, especially the way the economy is going now $.30 buddy. Is that gonna break you it’s gonna break the people that are coming in to buy your expensive food. You’re OK because you own the place so you got money so you really don’t care treat your customers better and you’ll have more business. are you sure you know how to run a business? Remember, customer comes first in order for you to keep those doors open to pay your staff keep being an And everybody might be out of a job. I’ll never come to this Wendy’s again or actually won’t HEAD office and they’re not aware of the 30.cents Sad very sad Mr. deep pockets and everybody has money like you or we don’t know Wendy’s so for $.30 I bet you if you could you would charge for the straws napkins the air that we breathe when we come in there people the best Wendy’s to go to is you’re ready for this Eglinton and warden I think the street is called LeBlanc view best service best people I got three sour creams I wasn’t charged this thing wow you should take a page from his notes. I guess that’s why they’re always busy sad sad sad little man.

Today is December 22, 2024. At 7:00 AM, I experienced a very unpleasant discriminatory incident at the restaurant located at 2501 Victoria Park Ave, Scarborough, ON M1T 1A1.
I ordered a sausage egg muffin and a bacon egg muffin, both without buns, and a blt croissant. Due to my limited English proficiency, there were some communication issues with the staff. The final price was $13.99, which I felt was incorrect. At this point, the male server displayed a very discriminatory and angry expression.A female server then assisted us in completing the order smoothly, for which I am very grateful. When picking up the meal, I found that my order still included buns.I inquired with the male server, who yelled at us, saying that if we don’t speak English, we shouldn’t come to Wendy’s and should never come again.I am very angry and helpless about this.As someone who doesn’t speak English well, should I be discriminated against at Wendy’s? Do I not have the right to place an order at Wendy’s? I hope the manager of this store can provide me with a reasonable explanation for this incident.”
