Today is December 22, 2024. At 7:00 AM, I experienced a very unpleasant discriminatory incident at the restaurant located at 2501 Victoria Park Ave, Scarborough, ON M1T 1A1. I ordered a sausage egg muffin and a bacon egg muffin, both without buns, and a blt croissant. Due to my limited English proficiency, there were some communication issues with the staff. The final price was $13.99, which I felt was incorrect. At this point, the male server displayed a very discriminatory and angry expression.A female server then assisted us in completing the order smoothly, for which I am very grateful. When picking up the meal, I found that my order still included buns.I inquired with the male server, who yelled at us, saying that if we don’t speak English, we shouldn’t come to Wendy’s and should never come again.I am very angry and helpless about this.As someone who doesn’t speak English well, should I be discriminated against at Wendy’s? Do I not have the right to place an order at Wendy’s? I hope the manager of this store can provide me with a reasonable explanation for this incident.”

Wendy's never disappoints when it comes to the quality of their food. Decided to try the Double Garlic Bacon Mushroom burger with amazingly tasty Muenster cheese, and wow what a tasty blissfully messy treat this was! They certainly do not chince out on the toppings! My only issues with this location is how drab and bored the staff look... not even one smile. My even bigger issue is how they treat napkins as something sacred because their dispensers are always empty and you have to beg them to give you more than just one! Nevertheless the amazing burger is why I'm giving this location five stars, and three stars for atmosphere and service.

This is the most ridiculous chicken caesar salad I have ever seen. It looked half eaten right? Nope. This was exactly how it came except my son put in the dressing. The salad was for my son and he didn’t pay attention until after he squeezed in the dressing and tried to mix it. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am trying to put in a complaint but it doesn’t look like I am going to get any response.

Had to ask for napkins. There was no little paper cups to put the ketchup in. The bathroom had no soap to wash my hands. The hand sanitizer dispensers we're empty. I guess it's just your typical Scarborough fast food joint. The Wendy's near me in Mississauga is way nicer than this one.

Ordered from here on UberEats. Drink is not protected at all. No tape or bag just a drink with an open sip hole. Unsanitary and customers are not protected at all from possible adulteration. Choose another location to order from.

Not one clean table. Over 8 employees behind the counter but can’t get help. The manager on shift cleaned the table with a white cloth completely soiled (hand print and all in back on the cloth) and said he knows what he’s doing. Short lady Front staff argumentative not pleasant no name tag.

I came and ordered Baked potato with chilli and cheese and they don’t give you one sour cream but want to charge you $.70 for it almost paying six dollars, Swiss chalet has a much better one for the same price so I’m not coming back, or if I do go to Wendy’s, I won’t come to this one because the other ones just give you sour cream.
