Send the paki employees back home. The baked potato’s, the salads, the chilli is all rotten. Everytime I have ordered a baked potato from this location it’s a tiny piece of nothing and never cooked through.

I ran into the $4 promotion and got one biscuit and one muffin. The biscuit tasted acceptable while the muffin tasted like chewing a sponge. I should have paid for the Tim Hortons breakfast muffin for the real food taste.

This locations customer service is a BIG 0. I was there on July 29 around noon ordered 2 sandwiches which I paid for and right away I asked if I could change it to a combo and we can adjust the price difference ...the manager Bhunpinder said I can't change it on the system it's NOT a good reason and asked me to pay for fries and drink separately because now she can't make it a combo. I just don't understand why it was so complicated she responded back saying "you should appreciate what I'm doing for you. " ....... excuse me? What should i be appreciating ? Am I getting everything for free ? The employees around her were laughing at me, including herself, and she walked away without even apologizing ..! I mean, why are they working there when they don't have any customer service skills?they have 0 sense of communication. I'm very disappointed. I have complained to the head office and I'm hoping they do something about the service the employees are giving to customers....!

Drive through guy is always fantastic.
Very pleasant and efficient. I think his name was Amar/Amad. Wears a turban. Fantastic customer service. Food is always fresh and hot. First person anyone meets is the one taking the orders. He is exceptional. Results in us being regulars and choosing Wendy's.

Came at 10:00pm after work because online said they were open for pickup… only the drive through was open. People were sitting inside but the doors were locked… very confusing.

What a terrible location. Upon gathering my items, I'd asked for extra ketchup. It was a $45 order; so you can imagine I'd need more than the two they handed. Then, they forgot my kids drink. Then I get home and one burger is completely smooshed and gross. The other had onions on it which we have an allergy in the household!!! So couldnt even eat it. How hard is it to get an order right when you have it on a screen in front of you??
