This is the second time I’ve been to this Wendy’s location at Morningside and Sheppard in Scarborough, Ontario and the fries were horrible. The first time I ordered the fries, it was hard and tough. Mind you, I live 1.3 km from the restaurant. I couldn’t be bothered to turn back.
Now tonight, I order large fries again and asked the girl taking my order in the drive-thru to please have them make the fries fresh. She said, if they don’t taste good, don’t blame me. Of course I couldn’t because she only took my order.
I get to the window, receive the fries and tasted it and to my surprise, it’s crispy and tough AGAIN!! I asked the manager dressed in blue if they refried the fries because it is tough and she says she just made them and if I don’t want them. Just awful!!
You must be refrying the fries for the patrons that go through the drive-thru.
Needless to say, taste your fries first if you’re going through the drive-thru and if they are not good, go in person and have them remake it.
Yuck! Either you’re refrying the fries or using old oil. I can’t even swallow the fries. They are so HARD!
To the Manager of the store, YOU can do better. The hospitality industry is not for you, otherwise you would have fixed the problem.

We ordered 2, 6 pc chicken nuggets on their drive through and they send 1 6pc nuggets and 1 with 2 pc tenders, atleast they should let us know they are out of nuggets, very disappointed !

I usually never leave comments, but this time I really want to mention a guy named Rohit. He was super friendly and helpful. I had forgotten to remove tomatoes from my sandwich, and after realizing it, I went back and told him about my mistake. Instead of asking questions or blaming me, he simply made me a new sandwich and didn’t even take the previous one back. Honestly, nobody does that these days. Thanks, Rohit, for making my day!

I regret that I went to this place..It was raining and I missed the driweway ordering kiosk. So i came to the window and apologized for my ignorance, but one lady dressed up like incharge (who is not clearly fit to be) replied to the take away window by showing her face in a disgusting ugly way.. I wanted to talk back but I kept shut.. cause people come from other place to work here and clearly don't know the culture that's followed in Canada.. such a bad feeling. I went there on 4 sep around 10 am..management should take necessary action against these kind of low cultured people

Sometimes they close at 10:00pm other times at 9:00. Same with Tim hortons. Usually it's when I go in to sit down they'll be closed at 10 then if I go a second time they'll close at 9. Idk if it's a rotating schedule or what but it's an inconvenience since they hours they have on Google are misleading.

I come to this Wendy’s often around the same time and it has never disappointed. The food here is what you expect at a fast food place which is pretty good. However, the service here is magnificent. Staff are extremely nice to us younger customers and becoming friends to them. I normally come here from 6:30-8:15pm so the staff around this time is great. Service here is fast and food comes out quick. Atmosphere was decent, little messy under tables.

This Wendy’s used to be the best but service has really gone down for drive thru. I ordered 2 burgers but only received 1. Didn’t give me spoons for frosty and chilli. Didn’t give chilli oil seasoning or crackers. No apology for having to comeback for a burger they charged me for and completely forgot. Worst location!!
I am not a fast food eater, but you can't agree more than at times. It just works ! Dave's Tripple my go to and a large Poutine. Honestly, some days, it's just magnificent. This team is doin it right. Thank you, and keep up the great work, people.

I know you cannot expect a lot from fast food but since it had happened to me more than 3 times I just left I need to call it out. This Wendy's location is the worst. I once order 2 burger combos but one of the burger is missing hamburger patties. Called to complain and they told me to come back and they will give me free burger next time I come, asked how but was told just come sir. They didn't even ask my name so I decided not to bother (riskiing embarrassing myself), second time I order their sausage breakfast wrap but there wasn't any egg in it. Took the wrap to the counter and they said it's a sausage wrap, it doesn't come with eggs. I told them I've been to other Wendy's locations and they all come with egg. So he reluctantly took it back to add the egg. Today, I ordered their sausage breakfast wraps via drive thru, when I got home again both wraps are missing eggs. Something is wrong with this Wendy's location. Told myself, next time I want something from Wendy's, better go to different location rather than having to deal with any frustration.

Send the paki employees back home. The baked potato’s, the salads, the chilli is all rotten. Everytime I have ordered a baked potato from this location it’s a tiny piece of nothing and never cooked through.
