Worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had. The staff here are completely unprofessional with zero customer service skills. When I arrived to order, the cashier walked away to chat with her teammates while customers, including a senior citizen, were waiting. After several minutes she returned, but still asked me twice about something I had already made clear. The kitchen is in plain sight, and I saw an employee sneezing right next to the cups—absolutely no hygiene standards. The seating area was dirty, and the washrooms were just as bad. It’s clear the staff and management don’t care about cleanliness or customer service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this location for your peace of mind.

Worse place to eat ever Lack of hygiene (they drop food and condiments on the floor after literally pick it up and put them back to your to go bags , you can find human hair inside your burger , personal hygiene issues) Either your burger is over cooked or portion of fries are less than average You have to check your bag always ,even they don’t add up your straw or basic condiments Don’t eat there

Wow, Wendy’s. Closing a whole hour early? Loved how your posted store hours are just for decoration. Like ketchup packets in a glove box. If you’re that desperate to go home, why not just replace the sign with: ‘We’re open when we feel like it.’ At least then customers won’t waste their time pulling up for the privilege of being ignored. Guess ‘fresh, never frozen’ doesn’t apply to your work ethic.

Waited 10 minutes in drive through for my son of baconator combo then checked no straw then opened burger and it was a classic? Most stores in gta are going downhill. Many are international students who could care less. Some people worship cows so how can their heart be into serving cows for food.??

Their friends can give as many fake reviews as they want. Here is a legit one. Ice cold food after 3 pm. The people working don’t give a shit. I gave it one more chance. It’s 9 pm. Same thing. Fries and chicken been sitting out for hours I guess they are ok with getting people really sick. Do not visit after 3pm. Once the manager goes home it’s a gong show.

Serving breakfast until 10:30am? That’s a lie after the cashier refused us the breakfast menu when we tried to order still at 10:20am. It must take over 10minutes to get the order ready. On a Saturday morning, I guess we gotta get up at 6am to try and make it for breakfast here if we want it!

Arrived at this place at 10:15am hoping to catch the breakfast menu. We were not attended at the counter until 10:20ish am as they were busy with all the current orders. Upon finally ordering with the cashier we were refused the breakfast menu. The Wendy’s advertisement says breakfast menu is served until 10:30am, are we supposed to come in at 10:00am because the food takes 30minutes to cook? I thought this was a fast food company.
