Our server Mera is fantastic; she signed with us and communicated effectively, and we had a lovely break at Wild Wings. We were pleased with the waitress and service, and the food was excellent.

I was at the Passmore Wild Wings location the other day and I was quite impressed with the site, the food and the service!

Savindi was friendly and welcoming, making feel right at home. The service was fast and efficient, always making sure I was taken care of.

The food, as with Savindi's service, was excellent. I would highly recommend this Wild Wings location to anyone.

I tried the og wings and they were sooo good & juicy. Our service was amazing and they were very nice. The fries were perfect. I will go back again. The best restaurant I have ever been to.

Just don’t go there if you don’t want to experience bad customer service.
I went there for the first time and the server was so rude acting as if I owe her money and I want free food with an attitude.
Will never go there again

This place is horrible. Service is very poor. Food was very bad from quality to quantity. Waitress did not even offer refills of water. She was asked for a refill several times but just completely ignored us.

Just left there with my husband I ordered the chicken Cajun sandwiches and the lady told me they didn’t all the ingredients for that sandwiches so they were unable to make it so I changed my order and ordered the tenders and the lady came back and told me they have no tenders in stock they are really low on food and drinks lool, My husband and I just left after that to go eat elsewhere. worse experience ever! they need to do better and have things in stock and to order whatever they need on time so this doesn’t happen again.

Customer would just take the TV remote and start playing some Indian MV, annoying AF. Sorry couldn't stand it, not the first time either! Didn't even want to finish my dinner, went down the street to a different restaurant to grab a burger, never going back

Came here on a Tuesday night around 7:30 for their $12 wing deal, expecting a decent midweek bite. Instead, what I got was one of the slowest dining experiences in recent memory.

The restaurant was 80% empty, yet there was only one waitress handling everything. It took 15 minutes just to get our menus, and we didn’t receive our food until 8:40—a full 40 minutes after ordering. For a place specializing in wings, that’s a painfully long wait.

When the food finally arrived, the biggest issue wasn’t the wait—it was that one of my boneless chicken pieces was RAW. They offered to remake it, which I accepted, but it never came. When I followed up, the waitress claimed I had refused it and asked for it to be voided, which was completely untrue. At that point, my friends had already finished eating, and I wasn’t about to sit there for another 40 minutes waiting.

Service throughout the meal was inconsistent at best. My fountain drink sat empty the entire time, with no refills offered. The waitress spent a lot of time hanging out by the bar—which, sure, I get, since she was handling everything alone. But once in a while, at least check if the tables need anything!

And while the $12 wings sound like a deal, you’re required to purchase a drink—so really, it’s an $18 wing deal. Just be upfront about the actual price instead of playing games with the menu.

Between the painfully slow service, raw chicken, miscommunication, and lack of attentiveness, there’s little reason to return.

To be fair, I once had raw chicken sashimi in Miyazaki—but at least there, it was intentional. If they’re going to serve raw chicken, they should really charge more since it’s a delicacy.

The atmosphere in this place looks like it would be great, but I walk in at about 330 on Thursday three people sitting at the bar and not a single other person in the place and no server to be found. Sat down for 15 minutes not a single person came out of anywhere to greet me see me or take my order. I eventually got up to leave and that’s when the person came out from the kitchen and at that point it was too late. I was already annoyed and didn’t want to eat there.

I couldn't d3cide in what to eat tonight. Decided on a whim to check out Wild Wing Passmore and was bedazzled by the service and food. The tender whom I will call M, is a gem of a person. I would gladly make a trip back to this location for food.
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Thanks again.

Parking: The lot is an odd one, but there is parking around back, as well as front.
