I placed an order in the morning for 2 party size pizza’s for my son’s birthday party, 3pm pick up time. Shortly after placing the order I received a call to confirm my order. I arrive at the Markham/Lawrence location at 330 and my order was not ready, nor did they start making it. The cashier said, “we forgot your order.” My son’s birthday starts at 415. This is completely unacceptable. I asked for compensation and the person said she could not do anything for me. Absolutely terrible service. Will never order from here ever again!

To me Gino's Pizza at 681 Markham road is one of the best Pizzeria in town.
They may not be fancy but they taste great. Love the friendly staff, especially Binit Sreshta, who always greets you with a smile and gives the right suggestion from what to choose for.
My daughter's favorite pizza joint. Cheers to Gino's Pizza 🍕

Good food for great price.
I've been a loyal customer of Gino's Pizza for a while now and have always been happy with my orders—until recently. I ordered a panzo with sundried tomatoes and extra cheese. According to the menu, it should’ve come with cheese and tomato sauce, but it seems like both were completely missing. It was dry, bland, and nothing like what I’ve come to expect. Really disappointed.
