Came here today around 5 pm. There was one girl working in the front. I have been to this location multiple times and I always am served or helped by her. She is always very rude and has no sense of customer service. Will take phone calls while taking my order making me wait, never a smile and always rushing me when I’m ordering. I really hope a manager sees this and does something. Hopefully she gets scheduled less because this is the last time I’m coming here. No matter how good the food is, her attitude and lack of care really makes people not want to come back.

WOW WINGS is probably one of the best wing places in the GTA. They not only have classic wings, burgers and wraps but they also have Jaffna fries. Jaffna fries are like normal fries but with the heat of Jaffna. The service here is some of the best I have ever seen at a fast-food style restaurant. Overall, I always have a great time here whether if it’s just picking up an order or dining in.
Ordered a Single Deal, and paid extra to upgrade my fries. Taste of the wings was okay, good but nothing too special. Well dressed, reasonably sized. The Mexican fries that I paid extra for on the other hand were mediocre at best. The fries were cold, toppings were meh and the portion size was not worth the extra. I’d recommend skipping the fries or ordering a regular portion for better value. Definitely better options within a 10 minute drive, but if you’re in the area and looking for wings, this place will do.

Great place. My team and I used to come on a regular when we used to play team sports in the area. Came back today for old time sakes with the gang. Food is great, service is great. Made a mistake with one of the drinks and quickly, gladly replaced. Food is good as usual. Only gripe is the TVs are mounted quite high,( due to the tall windows) so its difficult to watch games.
Can't go wrong with Wow Wings. Great portions, fast service and the food taste amazing.

I’ve come here many times this year and usually order the Devil’s Ranch wings. When I visited last night around 8, the wings I received tasted like acid. When we complained, the staff gave us a lot of trouble and insisted it was just the flavor we chose, but it was completely inedible. I’ve never tasted anything so vile in my life.
We asked to speak to a manager, but there wasn’t one available. Instead, they remade a new batch for us, which came out in under 5 minutes even though our original order had taken about 20. That already felt strange, and when we tried the wings, they tasted odd and the texture was off. The server asked how everything was and then went to the back, where we could hear staff laughing.
At first we didn’t notice, but after trying one wing, it was extremely chewy and just wrong. It honestly felt like they either washed the original wings or didn’t cook them properly. The first batch at least still tasted like chicken, even though the flavor was bad, but the second batch was disgusting to the point that we felt sick.
We ended up leaving the food and walking out. We paid $40, but it’s not even about the money. The servers were extremely rude, and if they weren’t able to properly remake the wings, they could have just told us nicely. Instead, they served us something that could have made us sick. Do not come to this location pickering one is so much better.

Very rude customer service from the lady working on Wednesday morning. I asked the same flavor as jafna fries for the wings she gave me a suicide kind of flavor, and when I called back to let her know, her response were how im supposed to know that u dont know that jafna fries and jafna wings are two different flavors. Unfortunately the wing is not edible and is a waste of money. I wasn't asking for refund or anything just letting her know that it happened, so that she could work on her customer skills. When u call them they rush the order and having an expectation that u learn their 123 flavor before calling. And no heads up about the level of spice. I thinks its a common sense of customer knowledge that u give a little heads up if the food is extremely spicy. And in my my case I was totally shocked. I was a fan of this place via Uber eats, fist time came in person and this kind of experience really disappointed me.
