Fantastic. The best hot pot I have had so far. Great selection of fresh fillings.

The only minor improvement I could think of would be to provide the lifting utensil/scoop thing. Getting heavier things out of the soup was a bit of a challenge sometimes.

Derrick was terrific! He was incredibly attentive, polite, and contributed to our whole experience at Ye Skewer Hotpot. He checked up on us quite regularly without being intrusive, provided wonderful recommendations, and made sure everything came out perfectly. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in the patrons and enjoys his work. Definitely one of the best service experiences in quite some time—thanks, Derrick!

I went with my wife today and got a good table. Miss Jill is very good, she saw my wife did not have a hair tie and offer one to tie her hair. All staffs are very polite, we chose a spicy favor pot but still quite spicy and they offer to do some fine tuning to lessen the spice. Will come again with my family.

The food is really good and mostly offers Asian dishes. The staff are great, they are always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is not great though, and the hotpot base splashes in my eye…
