First time I had this. It was good. The next 2 times I tried it it was not good at all. Not consistent.

This is one of the worst shop and staff as well. I went today just to take tap water and they told me, they charger for the cup and I was ok for that and later on they complain that our machine is not working what the hell! Like this is the customer service you do? So worst experience they do racism??

Greta taste, quick service and usually there are promos. Usually my go to spot when at STC for a drink.
Yesterday evening between 6:30pm-7pm I ordered one coconut slush but the lady in the cashier charged me for a milk tea and when I asked her to change it I will pay the difference as I recieved a wrong order she rudely replied NO.We also double checked it as on the system it was reflecting wrong but she said no its correct and did not co-operated.This is not the way you treat your customers. I had the right to get the correct drink but the cashier spoiled my whole mood and we just left .

This used to be our favorite stop everytime we visited STC. For the past two weeks the quality has really gone down. Looks like some top level people have decided to find every minute area to do cost cutting
1. No more beautiful lids with hearts. Just plastic covering 2. Low quality Boba 3. Low quality soda 4. Add a lot of ice 5. Add a lot water.
Boom, the revenue increasing and cost cutting target reached.
There goes another one of our favorite places where we wouldn't be spending our money anymore.
This location has certain workers who purposely do not fill your cup up. When I went with my sister, I bought her and I two smalls. They were literally filled half way. My sister went with her friend and she said this time they filled it up. Not sure if this matters but I’m 14 and she is 12. Just be careful if you’re a child, they might try to take advantage of that. Have a parent with you.

Sometimes they don’t fill your cup or leave empty spaces, but overall good! I wish they added more toppings as well.Also, they do not specialize in bubble tea so don’t expect it to be good lol. There are plenty of bubble tea spots in the mall!
