They've hired a new lady who is really rude - I asked her if she had hot sauce and she yelled back, "What's hot sauce?! I don't know what you mean!" then looked to other customers exasperated. I then tried clarifying in English then asked if she had chili oil. She said, "I don't understand, are you ordering any food?!" even though my family had just ordered food from her. Still worth a try because the food is so good but a shame that service has only dipped.
