Not too overwhelming, very balanced taste. Bulgogi is an obvious pick but the garlic mushrooms is fantastic and the kimchi is also ??

Forgot to take photos but overall this place is pretty decent. I got the holiday special combo that included mentaiko shrimp, chili shrimp, unagi/eel and yuzu scallop. I also got their kimbap which was pretty tasty. The yuzu scallop was too yuzu for me but overall everything was pretty tasty. My only issue was everything was one dimensionally sweet and didn't have much of a savoury element. Heads up that you order from their massive tablet instead of talking to a person, kind of like the self serve kiosks at mcdonalds. I found it pretty easy but they also listed some things as out of stock when it was actually in stock when I asked for it (kimbap). So make sure you ask them if they have something even if it's OOS! While tasty, I don't think I'll come back again. It was good but not really my flavour profile. Maybe if they bring in some more savoury flavours I'll give it another try but for now I'm glad I tried it but not longing to come back.

We ordered the two limited edition sets - korean and seafood set. It took about 20 mins to receive our food once we put in our order into the kiosk. They were all pretty good - rice was soft, flavours were distinct and went well together. In the sets, we got 4 pcs - doesnt seem like a lot but I was def full afterwards! They have 3 tables for dine-in. Staff was friendly!

Honest opinion here. Girlfriend and I came hereService was great, they were very nice to walk us through them all.No space really to eat inside but that's ok we can eat in the car.As for the food, we tried the best seller set roughly $18~ with tax.Portions, quite small for $19, I would hope to get at least 2-4 more pieces for the size it comes inMushroom-not really worth itBulgogi-7.5/10Spicy salmon-best one in the set, good balance in flavoursTorched salmon-7.5/10If you come here, don't go for the try different things mindset, get what you like. Also the corn tea is just okI think also if they can decorate the rice a little bit with furikake or something and maybe make the pocket walls slightly longer so it doesn't fall apart so easily. In short, certainly one of those you try once but not something I would continue coming back to, I'd rather grab 3 sushi rolls from a sushi place for the same price.

The worker was super nice and I like how for each yubu they have a display. I love tofu pockets so seeing all the creations they have for it is amazing. This time I got the kimchi fried rice, the new spicy fish cake, crab salad and the new mushroom rice. I also got the new rice dog to try the spicy one! The rice dog I think it’s a concept of the Korean corn dogs but instead of batter it’s rice!Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian options like mushroom or the seaweed saladDietary restrictions: They have a list of ingredients that customers can look at when ordering

After hearing really great things about YUBU, I decided to give it a go when I was passing by! I got the set of 3 - salmon, bulgogi, and torched salmon. Each piece is about $4.50 each, so in total including tax, it was about $16. It's a bit pricey for tofu pockets, but it was delicious! All you have to do is order on the touchscreen at the front and they will call out the number that's printed on your receipt. The salmon one comes with a bit of uni (sea urchin) too, and it was very good. My favourite was the salmon one, actually! Even if they don't have the ones you're looking for on display, you can still order it and they will make it fresh for you. I'll definitely be back to try the others!
