The rice rolls don’t have many folds, and the texture is nicely balanced—chewy but not too firm. The soy sauce has a pleasant sweetness without being overly sugary. While I personally prefer a softer, stickier rice roll, this one was still enjoyable. The portion of beef is generous, though some pieces were a bit large and thick, with one not fully cooked.

Fully loaded with MSG. You have to choose between health risk and taste. I have asked them. They have added msg even in their sauces on the table to ensure all food taste "right".
