This is one of the many malatang hotpot places opening up all over the GTA. This location is good but in my opinion, not as good as their Mississauga location due to the limited broth selections. There are only 3 here (Spicy, bone broth dry pot?) and the one in Sauga had 6 or 7. Regardless, the flavours they do have are all very good. If you've never had this style of hot pot before, it's a pay by weight style which is great for people who don't eat enough to take...

A Malatang place that I come to frequently. I like the atmosphere and service here. They are friendly and attentive. I especially love the beef bone soup here. I come here almost every two weeks. It is my special treat, and the location is very convenient. I brought a few friends here to eat, and they all enjoyed it very well. You'll be full every time, and it costs about 14-20 yuan, depending on how much you take.

Came to Zhang Liang for the first time and it didn't disappoint! Previous malatang restos that I've visited didn't have many non spicy options, but this one had great options! I ordered the mild beef broth, and I'd say it was a true mild (in a good way as someone who can't do too spicy). There was a good variety of ingredients to add to your bowl and areas were clean and well organized. I do wish there was a sauce bar, although the staff did ask if I wanted...
