Been there 3 times in 2 weeks for a hot chocolate and the excuse was the same that the McCafé machine has been broken. I find it very hard to believe or am shocked that the machine would stay broken for 2 weeks considering that means they wouldn’t be able to even serve coffee. Horrible location and horrible service.

I visit this restaurant regularly and alternate between the same few items. The fries are hit or miss depending on the day. Sometimes they are very blonde and floppy and other times half of the fries have rot spots or just don't taste right. Staff is always great but sometimes the service can be slow, especially when there are idiots who order 23 things at the drive-thru.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan dining here is abysmal. II'm not sure when McDonald's is going to embrace a MODERN veggie burger considering they are one of the biggest chains in North America. AND NO, NOBODY WANTS A VEGETABLE PATTY FILLED WITH CORN AND PEAS!!!!

Not sure why but they never give extra ketchup or napkins when you ask They say yes but don’t do it at this location Can we get some bigger bags??? Trying to manage these thin crappy bags for more than one meal just doesn’t work If I spend over $40 I am sure a large bag with handles is possible???

Place fed me bacon when I specifically ordered the menu items without bacon. Then the guy tried convincing me that’s what I ordered on my app. I opened the app and then he apologized after realizing he’s wrong. Ridiculous service.

Pretty good on average. They make a good lattè. I go there a lot of mornings
After finding a piece of plastic in my McCrispy chicken burger, I'm more careful of checking my food when I grab a bite from this location, but otherwise very friendly. I don't feel racially discriminated here, compared to some other locations. It's always clean inside whenever I go.
