Ordered drive through on 3 separate occasions and I was charged for extra cheese (which i ordered) however each time it was not on my sub. Today was the last time i will be going, unfortunately

On 11/18/24, I called this location to confirm if I could claim a free birthday sub, and I was told I could. I drove over and was warmly greeted by a kind and respectful man named Tony. The restaurant was clean, and the vegetables and meats in the fridge case appeared fresh. My sandwich was made with care and tasted delicious. This is the kind of service and place I would feel comfortable bringing my family for lunch, and I will definitely be returning.

This is an $11 sandwich? I get that times are tough, but this is embarassing. Get your act together. Didnt even make it the way I asked, nor offer me a napkin for this disgusting disaster. Glad I tipped for the complete lack of effort that went into this.

Husband an I went in to get something to eat for the road , the sandwich artist was nice . about an 30-45 minutes after consuming our order we were both on the side of the road vomiting our guts out .
Thankfully our toddler refused to eat his sandwich as we’re sure he would have re decorated the inside of our vehicle.
My husband tasted the milk we got for our toddler with his meal , it was sour .
We found a local pharmacy in another near by town to get something to help with settling our stomachs , ended up canceling our trip and just went back home .
Definitely not going back to this place , hugging a toilet bowl was not part of our long weekend plans.
