Last night my wife and I dined here for the first time. The food was really good and the gentleman who served us was great. We had a great experience and will definitely be back. A great place in our community!
What a great place people come from Toronto Oshawa everywhere The parking lot behind the restaurant is packed on a Tuesday night. It has an incredible following from the town. The food is out of this world good.if you want to get away from the frozen food roadhouse try this place you won't be disappointed

A cozy environment with friendly servers. A wide variety of wines are showcased. Background music provided ambiant privacy for conversations but did not overwhelm those with hearing challenges. Diners are welcomed and attended to at a speed that suits the clients' tastes.
The food was top drawer! I started with delicious garlicky escargots, served piping hot. Crusty bed enabled me to not miss the sauce.
Next, I enjoyed an ample and appealing serving of Veal Scallopine in Marsala sauce. The highlight of the entrée for me was the generous serving of vegetables because, in my experience, so many restaurants fail in that area. This chef accompanied the veal with scalloped potatoes garnished with spiralized fennel, beets in a deliciously light sauce, a broccoli floret and asparagus spears, finished with a garnish of sautéed red pepper.
I was too full to order any dessert, but observing the many beautiful desserts that were ordered by other patrons, I may have to edit my starter to save room for one on the next visit. I would not want to miss anything on the entrèe!

Our evening at Port Soiree was one of the best intimate dining experiences we have had. The food, service, and venue was excellent. The owner was attentive and added some thoughtful touches that were very much appreciated. We will definitely be returning. Thank you again for a lovely evening.

1st time trying this restaurant by recommendation so went Saturday night for our anniversary and was not disappointed. Great little quaint place garden of fresh vegetables growing on the side of the restaurant that the owner was picking from when we arrived (farm to table). staff friendly great selection on menu plus specials. food was delicious and good portions, prices reasonable will definitely be back.
Really tasty food and a lovely atmosphere on the patio.
Parking: There was plenty of parking in the back of the restaurant.

I have been to Port Soiree quite a few times. In the past I enjoyed the linguine with shrimp (several times), muscles and frites, omelette and frites, and the chicken sandwich. This time I ordered the ten vegetable stir fry and found it to be well below par. Rapini isn't appropriate for a stir fry in my opinion - so stringy and unchewable those pieces were. It also had what I think were the little parts from the bottom of bok choy - the things that you'd normally discard,
In short, I ate as much as I could, which was half and had to buy a snack a half-hour down the road. That said, the server was nice and offered to take it back to the kitchen when I said the veggies were too al dente but that would be rude to my dining companion who enjoyed her chicken on a baguette with pesto.
Disappointing visit and I'll have to stick to the less healthier dishes in future - should I decide to go back. Sorry Mr. Alvarro - you can do better I know.

Fantastic restaurant! For our first visit, the owner and waiters provided excellent service. :)
The food was absolutely amazing. I got the seafood pasta, and the fish portions were the best I’ve seen in any restaurant. My partner got the lamb and that was fantastic as well, along with the appetizers and desserts we ordered.
I’m already looking forward to our next occasion when I can visit this restaurant again. Until then, I will highly recommend this restaurant!

Good food. Service was a little bit slow. A little bit on the pricey side for the amount of food you gave. Yes I would go back.
