We visited yesterday, wanted to get some food and drinks before heading on a trip for the break thought a local Tim’s would set the tone right, we were wrong. Poor people are understaffed obviously trying their hardest on top of that some guy Chris who I’m gonna assume is a manager is passive and throwing a fit, seemed a little targeted and racist too. I never post but had to use my alt cause Tim’s is supposed to be a nice family environment and this clearly wasn’t.

Editing to update as my original review was over a year ago and the service standards seem to have fallen significantly. Order errors, cold food, staff chatting and joking around when the drivethru lineup is almost out to Hwy 27.
The food and service was great, but I have atmosphere three stars because I watched a woman come out from the back and lick her fingers, then proceed to touch the ordering screen, and several coffees afterwards. Yuck

Disappointing visit. The manager on duty, Chris, treated brown employees in a way that felt inappropriate and unprofessional. The environment felt hostile, and it was uncomfortable to watch. Something needs to change here.
Very uncomfortable experience. The manager (Chris) spoke to brown employees in a way that felt disrespectful and unfair. Staff seemed overworked and talked down to in front of customers. Management needs to be addressed.

Food was ok. But the atmosphere was questionable it seemed very tense. It obviously had to do something with the manager who was very obviously racist and rude, it seemed like he only had a problem regarding the brown employees. He would audibly get mad infront of customers which is very unprofessional and in all wrong. I’ve been here before and it hasn’t been like this but with the manager named Chris it seems to be a normal occurrence as the other employees didn’t seem to be phased by it. With all the racism the upper management should reconsider who’s the manager at these places, extremely disgusted by Chris.

Linda and Anto are absolutely amazing! These two ladies are the sweetest, most professional, and genuinely welcoming staff members I’ve ever met at any Tim Hortons. They always start my mornings on such a positive note, and I truly look forward to getting my coffee every day when they’re there. Their kindness and great service make all the difference. Highly recommend this location because of them!

Shoutout to the staff working now they are just 3 and store is going crazy busy still they are making everything perfectly. But I feel bad for them because they are struggling so much right now you guys should hire more staff or schedule equally as of morning shift because I usually come in the morning time and there are a lot of people just standing and talking around. Just giving one star because of poor scheduling.

I went thru the drive thru today as I do every morning , same Tim Hortons & I ordered & she told me they couldn’t accommodate my order because it was after 11am , & it was only 11:10 am just to be clear … & I told them that the day before I was able to purchase this item but the lady at the drive thru told me firmly NO & the reason I’m upset is because she was very rude about it & I go to that Tim’s every morning consistently for the last 15 years & I order for multiple people so it’s not just for a coffee ! I probably spend $140 a week!!!! She could have given me scrambled eggs !!! So there getting a 1 star for service & it’s to bad cause that one rude person ruined it for the very nice people that work there!

The store is completely unorganized, the drive thru is insanely slow, they never have food ready, and they always get my order incorrect. They’re also slower to get what other stores have. They stop selling certain items at a certain time, and even before the time they’re supposed to be selling them. Completely dissatisfied. The employees are also super rude.

Ask For Simar, the supervisor
It's like any other Tim Horton but, the people who work there can change the experience you have there, something Simar did for us to accept the Survey codes for XL French vanilla

Awful experience, the atmosphere was dull and very dirty. My drink smelt like fecal matter and tasted horrid. Prices are woeful aswell. Will think twice before going to a Tim Hortons next time.
