It was finally time to try out the Flux Brewery! My wife, 2 kids and I showed up on a Friday at 1:50pm, purposely trying to miss the lunch rush. We did and there was ample parking and it wasn’t overly busy. They have a two tier patio, which is pretty nice and both look out onto the pond with the farmland backdrop. The land on the other side must be owned by them because it was well maintained with a rustic old barn for nice pics. The bottom patio had some shade and other tables...
Who knew there could be such a hopping brewery in Scotland, ON! Excellent beers!! My friend and I both got a flight each. Nice range of sweet refreshing beers too. Mango was good! Also has a Food Truck on-site. The french fries were excellent and good prices!
