Went with my husband (his first time there) for burgers and beers. He loved it! And of course I have been there before and every time it has been yummy. Our waitress was great! Definitely woth going to, its a gem of a place.

The food was delicious however the wait times ruined the whole experience. My party of three all ordered sandwiches and waited over an hour for our food. The server was saying there were only 3 staff members in total working. If I were to ever come back I would only get takeout, not sit in.

Just had a great meal. Drove from. Woodstock to find the restaurant closed due to plumbing issues The owner invited us in and was more than apoligic but said we were welcome We had a great meal and cheesecake to go.
We have been going there on a regular basis and will definitely be returning. Dave

We just had a wonderful meal there with my elderly parents. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Julie was awesome and got everything to our liking. My mother thought Julie really made the experience perfect. Reasonable price with leftovers 😋

I can appreciate that the locals love their little local watering hole. But as someone passing through, looking for good food at a fair price, I was disappointed. I will grant you that it was dinner hour, Saturday, But we waited well over an hour for a chicken sandwich with fries, and what was supposed to be a beef brisket sandwich. Which was, at best, a small roast beef sandwich. Best part about it was the fries, But waiting well over an hour for a couple of sandwiches is ridiculous. Portion sizes where lacking as well.
Recently visited with a group of 7 and was unsatisfied with the food and service. We waited around an hour for our food and the server only checked in with us once during the wait to ask if we wanted more drinks. By the time we received all of our food, the restaurant was closing and the music was turned off. One of the orders we received was incorrect (they did not offer a remedy) and my Mexican rice bowl was bland.
I was most shocked by the lack of acknowledgement or apologies made for the long wait and mistake with the order. We’re an understanding group but this was below average service levels.

Disappointed last night, went for the Burger wars burger. No bacon, no cheese and no Garlic mushrooms. Apparently they ran out of bacon and cheese. Forgot the mushrooms. Server was extremely slow and forgetful.

We were looking for somewhere to eat after Tough Mudder and decided to stop in here. We were not disappointed, it was a bit of a wait for the food but well worth the wait. I got the wings, two other adults got a Caesar wrap and the chorizo burger and the little one got the spaghetti. All were fantastic dishes and big portions of fries. The server was very friendly and apologetic when things took a little longer but we didn’t mind the wait. It’s a nice atmosphere and the place is very well done.
If you’re driving through or looking for a spot when you’re around the area, this is one to try.
