Not sure if employees are trained and know about the black fill line on the outside of the cups but quite often my coffees aren’t even close to it, if they don’t know about the fill line I feel that should be part of their training. Sucks paying full price for not a full coffee

Beautiful restaurant to stop at during my early mornings. Have been coming almost every day for a month now and have never been let down. Recently picked up the Halloween ghost mug for my kid as a little Halloween gift. He loves it, the colour changes with heat which really fired him up. This joint has fast and friendly service at a reasonable rate. One team member, Cory, left a huge smile on my face after selling me the mug with a cute story about his dog Charlie. Another team member that stood out to me was this fella named Darren. He cooked up some mean coffee for me on my way through the drive thru. Left a smiley face on my cup too. What a legend. Tim Hortons seaforth is awesome and I will be back tomorrow for sure. It’s so awesome.
Kid-friendliness: So much treats and sweets for the young fellas. Definitely a great place to go if you have young fellas. They love it here those young fellas

If I could give the service I had a zero stars I would the team working the front counter were very slow and the person taking my order never said anything to me before I walked (no greeting or anything); they seemed more concerned about something else other then the food in the window aswell. Front also didn’t have a dark roast pot made, like their supposed to and it took longer to get my single coffee.
I have been to this Tim Hortons many times and it is never consistent with their service. Some days the drive thru can be quick and other times you’ll wait 10 minutes. But one thing I try to be understanding of there Front of house after 3 pm needs to have a designated person, or the team that is working usually consisting of minimum 4-5 people need to be a bit more prompt.
I get places are understaffed but delegating your time from cashing at drive thru to front needs to improve. Also they need to prioritize orders better. When I mobile order a single drink and the 5 minutes it takes to drive there, I shouldn’t have to stand additional 10 minutes while staff continues to make other employees drink that were placed after my mobile was long sent in. The staff were aware of my order when I questioned did that order get sent through- sorry let me just finish these few customers in line.. that defeats the entire point of mobile ordering. I used to work at a Tim Hortons so I am aware you don’t just choose to finish your line up and get to my drink. I mobiled for a reason I only have 5 minute break and would rather not waste 15 plus minutes waiting for a single drink. This is not the first time this has happened I can count on a dozen times there speed of service without line ups is not prioritized for front. Perhaps better training of the younger staff might improve the speed of service.

Been coming here for a while but this has got too bad to ignore... The manager or shift leader at this location (I believe her name is Lou?) is absolutely horrible to her employees, constantly screaming at them. i saw her make one of the girls working there cry after yelling @ her. She should know that the customers can see and hear every nasty thing she does to the employees. Left a bad taste in my mouth for sure.... The rest of the staff r great, the manager needs a MAJOR attitude adjustment.

Worst Tim hortons ever. Legit always mess up my order and it’s ridiculous. Need new employees at this point, considering you guys are one of the only fast food places in Seaforth and people rely on you for lunch and stuff for work and yet you still always continuously mess up, makes me not wanna go to you guys and drive to the next town with a Tim hortons instead.
