I am absolutely disgusted with how management was treating staff. Three Indian adult males (one being the manager) were yelling at a young white female. They were yelling at her for his mistake. She did nothing wrong. He was the one to take the order and pack the bag, he forgot a bagel. She took payment and asked me to move forward. When he came out to give me the missing item he was very rude, acting like I was stealing. Looking like she was going to cry from the onslaught from 3 against 1, I intervened.

Sad, this place has come to shit, I have ordered from here so many times and had to come back more than I’ve ordered. For example today I was ordering my sandwich for my lunch at work, asked specifically for chipotle to replace the mayo, person REPEATED it back and yet guess what I got! MAYO. I’m sick of how shitty this place is . I’ve tried calling to let them know that they messed up my order for my 12 hour shift, and what a surprise no answer. I’ve tried calling when the Barbie’s were in to ask if they had any so I wouldn’t waste my time driving over. And once again no answer. The quality of this place has gone to shit. I swear a rock has more knowledge than MOST of the workers here. There are some really good people there but that’s very limited . The older ladies are your best bet if you order. YOU WILL KNOW ITS DONE RIGHT. I say just skip this Tim’s and go straight to waub.
