We have been coming here for years. The staff are always friendly and make a good sandwich. My son loves the soups. Only once or twice have they ran out of items for our sandwiches. Overall great location and staff. Thanks guys for helping us out on easy dinner nights.

Been here twice, won't ever be back. Don't try to call your order in for a pick up "they don't do that" the girl told they had bread only to get there and find the choice was whole wheat or plain. This was at 7pm the store closes at 11pmThe last time I was there they had no bread at 7pm at night. Horrible customer service. Refused my order over the phone just to have me waste my time driving there. Also both employees had their name tags obstructed, This happened on Sunday May 12th 2024.

Very disappointed I have gone into this subway multiple times and they have literally run out of bread 3 times now..they haven't had they ran out of ingredients..there are some they don't even carry anymore...And they always blame it on the app if you don't want people to use it don't be a part of it!!!

Went in Thursday night...bread wasn't ready when we went in...but later omgosh!Bread was so fresh it was warm!Meat, Cheese and Bacon..Fresh Veggies and sauces..omg Yummy ?!Best sub I have had in so long!!We will be back for sure!! ?
Amazing customer service. Staff was friendly and realized the foot long I was getting was to be shared. They cut it perfectly in half and even individually wrapped it (I didn’t even have to ask). First time Subway has ever done that for me.

I've never had a sub in my life, that by the second bite I just wanted to throw it out. I was at the one in napanee, around the corner from chuck's. It was horrible. Saw a few fruit flies inside, which didn't help the experience. Won't be back. Probably won't step foot in a subway again. And the price, 40 bucks for two subs, absolute robbery. Someone didn't read their Bible. A thief pays back 4 x what they took. A robber pays 10 x the amount. You owe me 400 bucks.
