This is my "go to stop" any time I am passing through during lunch period. Generous sandwiches, hot pizza, great chili or soup and a great convenience stop. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

This came up when we were looking for a bakery for a snack along highway 7. It doesn’t look very impressive from the outside but the reviews sounded good so we gave it a try. What a great decision!
Nice selection of cold drinks, delicious cinnamon buns (we bought a whole tray and took some home) and bonus: fresh and delicious cheese curds!
We had our snack at the picnic tables and easily popped back on the highway to continue our trip.
We will stop here again on our way to Ottawa in the future.

Parking: Lots of parking in front and beside the store.

Wheelchair accessibility: Stairs to the front door.

I stopped by today hoping to grab a pop, $12 later I had my pop, a breakfast sandwich and a spinach, croissant like thing for Snack later… all fresh made in store. It’s absolutely refreshing to see stuff like this is still made in store and world where everything is in a package…. I’m not the type the write reviews but With the outstanding service I got I felt it was necessary.

Vegetarian options: Lots of options for normal vegetarian…. Not sure about the fancy vegans but if you just don’t like me, there’s plenty of options

Parking: Easy easy to park right in front of the store

Kid-friendliness: It’s not a sitdown restaurant so I’m not sure if this really applies but I’m sure there would be no problems with bringing your kids in the shop.

Picked up some Gray’s Corner Bakery Butter Tarts with raisins at Foodsmiths in Perth & they were amazing. Had to go back for more & the date squares for friends. Definitely worth the drive from Carleton Place. I hope you will continue to sell your baked goods at Foodsmiths.

What happened to a nice pizza crust, didn’t order thin crust but that’s what it is. Miss traditional crust pizza, soft thick crust the kind you want to eat.

Nice baker - cordial and patient.I'm told they're the best butter tarts ever.Just be careful - the butter tarts contain lard, (clearly stated on the ingredients list).

I can’t call it bakery! Only one or two toast bread and some sweet packages!

Recently moved to the area and heard that the butter tarts are really good, so had to try for myself ... & happy to share they are delicious! Haven't tried anything quite like them. Will certainly be coming back for more.

We are cottagers in the Sharbot Lake area. The village is beautiful, but in the past we purchased just basic groceries and fuel there. The "Indian" meals at Gray's Grocery transformed our dinners.

Got chocolate chip cookies and a blueberry pie today and both are amazing! So happy I stopped in. Best cookies I've had in a loooooong time and the crust of the pie was a perfect thickness and so tasty
