I read about Matt and his achievements beforehand and felt I had to meet him and visit his enterprise. It was well worth the scenic drive to Bidwell on Manitoulin. The pizza was excellent(we ate there And took a couple with us) and we had a lovely visit with him.
This was the best pizza I’ve ever tried! Matt is a true talent when it comes to the wood oven! His passion shows with the delicious food we got today!! Wish i lived closer to enjoy this everyday!!! We will be back!!
He is very friendly and talkative. Interesting fellow. Fresh food with the pizzas baked to perfection. Would have liked a slightly zingier sauce or pepper flakes
