The is a hidden gem in Shelburne that everyone NEEDS to know about. The entire experience took us back to France. Food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and TOP NOTCH!!! Atmosphere is so down to earth and real, we loved it so much. We highly recommend Beyond the gate, it is worth the drive for sure.
I travel a lot for work by car in Ontario. I like to look for restaurants that aren’t part of a restaurant chain. I stumbled upon beyond the gate and I loved it. The restaurant is small six tables and a very comforting atmosphere. Nice music was playing while the smells from the kitchen took hold I was only stopping for lunch and had no reservation. The corn chowder was amazing and the queso fundido was perfect and very filling. I immediately sent messages to several friends...
