Would have given it a 4-5 star if I hadn't found a dark long hair in my food. None of the kitchen staff wear hats or hair nets. All we got was an “I’m sorry I’ll speak with them”. Being in the customer service industry the ‘I’m sorry” doesn’t work anymore if you want that customer to visit your establishment again. In this case a comp of the food or at least a coupon to return and give them another chance would have been the right solution. But we were barely acknowledged when we showed what seemed to be the manager the hair.

Burger patty is the same frozen patty you can get from the grocery store that has that weird taste. Really disappointing and tasted poor quality.
The bun was also extremely thin, smushed and soggy within 10 mins of ordering. Would not order a burger from here ever again. Poutine was good but the burger kind of ruined it all.
