This is an update for a review I posted 4 years ago.We had the best service ever here. From the second we opened the door we were welcomed with an authentic greeting from the dude working there. This really set the mood and put a smile on my face. I wanted to try something different and the guy recommended the steak sandwich. I was sold. I told him to order it his way.The steak was perfectly cooked and the jalapeños were nice and spicy. It could have had some more fried onions on it (I’ll ask for that next time). There are a ton of vegetarian options too. The craft drinks are super refreshing (the sweet tea was a little too sweet for my liking)As we were leaving we were wished a good night and weekend. It put a huge smile on our face. Nice work to the team at champ.

This place should be ashamed of serving robot pizza. It's never had the better burgers, but now i think they just wanna be a vending machine company. Next they will have burgers frozen in another country and sent here that you can win in a pinball machine. Just make food people like.Burgers are fine, but not great. There is an easy fix for this....Look across the street, see SuperBurger? Now walk towards it and thank me later.

Confusing to order. Its a burger joint, no reason to be confused. I'm sure once you visit a few times, it would not be as confusing. Suggest you spend more time with new customers to explain the huge selection of burgers and options. Asked for no mayo, That means no mayo, no matter what you call it.

Ordered a banquet burger. Was really good!! It actually tasted like straight up beef with no filler. Definately hit the spot for craving a burger! Worth checking out! Hopefully they are consistent as this was my first visit.

Got the crispy hot chicken sandwich and fries. Good prices. Chicken wasn’t super spicy but definitely crispy. Local brews on tap.

Best milkshake I've ever had EVER!!!! I've been an award winning chef for over 17years, and I would give out the award for best milkshakes KNOWN TO MANKIND !!!!!THEY'RE OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!Near $30 for a milkshake and a poutine is pretty hefty, should be 3 times as much cheese curds for the portion size.Other then that I highly recommend although I don't need to as CHAMPS has stood the test of time on the corner of HWY 10 AND HWY 89, with the historic SuperBurger as its competition. Though toe to toe I wouldn't see either closing there doors anytime soon as for weekenders amd cottage goers this is where you stop to create those family travel memories.Well done CHAMPS.

Stopped in at Champ Primrose tonight to try their burger and fries.Washroom was good. Service was good at counter. Price is nuts, but..., Waygu Burger.., I'll try that! Fries? Sure!Fries are frozen, crinkle cut, terrible. The bun on the burger was crushed flat, and soggy on one half, and smeared with poorly applied condiments. Burger may have been ok, but the bun was useless.$33 for a 'not once ever will I return to this joint' service. Just awful.
