I ordered online for pickup and the gentleman that served us was so kind! The app and the website are both very easy to navigate and the customer service in the store was outstanding. I highly recommend the Dominos in Shelburne. I’ve never had a bad product or interaction at that store. The food was perfectly cooked the way I asked for it and was so delicious. My whole family really enjoyed dinner tonight. Thank you Shelburne Dominos! I want to add that they had a 50% discount on ALL pizzas on the menu. Huge saving! For 2 large pizzas and all the toppings I added, the total was 32.00. Amazing savings and great point system as well.

Haven't eaten here since the drivers and staff lied through their teeth. 4 hours for a delivery because the driver was having an anxious evening. Children need to be sent to hospitals not work with public

Order two large pizzas for pick up. Wish I opened the boxes right then and there because when I got home I saw that both pizzas were burned. Did not want to drive back because snow was coming down and had other obligations, so my family and I ate burnt cardboard for dinner

It’s either dominos has fallen off or this place does not make dominos pizza to the same standard as it should be made. It’s kinda trash little Cesar’s would be better to be honest

Worst dominos pizza I ever had and terrible experience. I am leaving my observations and experience in this locations as following: - Firstly, no hygiene. The workers had no gloves, going back and forth to cash machine, garbage cans and cooking process with bare hands. Disgusting! - The onions and mushroom on the topping were not cooked and I could feel their textures not cooked in every bite I had. - They are not providing ketchups with your pizza (even if you ask). You should literally eat all your pizza's with no ketchups. - The chairs provided for the customers are very old and rusted. Poorly financed! - Although the store is located in a fairly out skirted area with very little visitors around, they put a paper label on the entrance door saying "Washrooms are only for Dominos Pizza Customers" which clearly shows their management culture, hospitality and generosity scale.
I will never visit this location again and I am leaving this review for the others not to waste your money here too.
