BEWARE!!! Been coming here for a while but looks like the owner has no plans to respect their customers! Wanted me to wait close to 40mins for a pepp pizza pick up order because he forgot to put it in the oven and goes on like it was my fault and its nothing its only 40mins. ZERO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS NOT WORTH IT!! I asked for a special on 2 slices instead and tells me he is losing money on slices... I tried to support small local business but Can't when the small local business doesn't support! Sorry I guess Pizza Pizza and Pizzaville Win!

I’ll be totally honest. I don’t really care for the pizza here. Yeah, the slices are big, but in terms of taste, there are many other places in town that are better. Overall, it’s just fine.

I am utterly disappointed in the fact that this location prioritizes the students and making pizzas for unknowing customers then to tend to the customers who had placed orders BEFORE the student rush even started. We were told 20 minutes before anyone even showed up and we waited 40 minutes. The pizza wasnt even started until the rush died down. I have worked for the johnnys pizza in alliston so I KNOW how long it takes to make a pizza so i know they were too worried about getting the slice pies in before placed orders. I will NEVER come to the shelburne location again. It sucks because the pizza is always good but not for this service.

Went there today, cashier/server was not very friendly. Ordered a slice at $5.50 plus tax, wanted some hot peppers added, the rude tattooed girl making the pizza said 50 cents so I said ok. Got the slice with barely any hot peppers on it and so I asked for more and staff demanded another 50 cents. I said no!
At over $7 tax in for an average just ok nothing special pizza slice with doughy crust, (not crunchy) I’m not impressed! Definitely won’t be going back! That said I eat at the Orangeville sister store and it’s 10x better there.
Being in the small Town Of Shelburne, I’m surprised they can stay in business. That said perhaps they are the only pizza shop?
Nevertheless 2 stars all around from Cleanliness to vibe, service and food. What a shame ! Never again!

Last few pizzas I got have the toppings under the cheese, they use to put the toppings on top, I like them on the top so they crisp up, but its still a delicious pie
Went to this place to try the pizza. Very happy that the lady upsold me from a medium to a large as it was cheaper. Pizza was good. Like reading the history about the place on the wall
