Absolutely horrible experience !!!
40 min wait for 2 peoples food.
It took us paying and waiting 20 min for them to tell us they had no mashed potatoes. So they had to refund us because what we wanted to replace it with was $2 more! So much for their mess up and fix. And then had to wait another 20 min for more food !!! Manager would not look at me or talk to me or admit they messed up !! Will NEVER be back to this location !!!!!!!

The food has always been great but the service is ridiculously slow. I've ordered ahead, on the app, multiple times. And each time I am still waiting 30 min. passed my order time. People came in, ordered at the counter and received theirs before the mobile orders got their food.

We love eating mary browns. Their sandwiches taste so good. Only downside is they really are cheap with the mayonnaise. So we asked for extra mayonnaise this time, and we ordered about 8 burgers. I don't understand why they only put a little dime sized squirter of mayonnaise in the center of the burger and that's it. It's too dry without condiments, and especially when each box had the extra mayonnaise box checked, why was it even less mayonnaise than usual. I have pictures for proof. Love the food, just wish they didn't cheap out in these small ways.

Placed order 30 minutes before we needed to pick it up using the app as we always do. Arrived exactly on the prearranged order time, stood in line for 5 minutes when I finally got up to the cash to pick up order, I was told it's coming up shortly. I stepped back and waited at least another 5 minutes. Finally they call my name and told me it will be another 5 - 7 minutes?? What's the point of setting up a pickup time if when you arrive to get your order you're waiting another 15 minutes or more?? I cancelled the order left and will pick up MB in oville or Alliston going forward

We ordered $48 worth of food for pick up and when we got home the popin chicken was not in the bag so we called the store and the person who took our order said ya I noticed that we dint give you your complete order and for me to return to get it.
Well I live 15 minutes away so my food will be cold by the time I get back.
First off I said I will bring back the food and they can give us the complete meal that we payed for ant they said no.

The chicken Poppins is for my 2 year old grandson and this is a birthday celebration tradition for my spouses father that we do a chicken dinner so it's disappointing that it was not a good meal the manager was rude and said he will not do anything outside of have a popping for us to pick up.

Unexceptical they made the mistake they should rectify it asap and without any friction both manager and employee should, have done what's right and taken back there cold meal replace it with the one we payed for.
They need to be educated on customer service and decency needless to say I will never return to that store again and I recommend that you don't also at the very least don't leave the store without checking your order throughly.

I've been enjoying Mary Browns for many decades. The chicken is the best compared to other competitors. What prompted me to write this review for this particular location is to compliment their taters! Of all the taters at all other Mary Brown's locations I've ever had, this specific location makes them exceptionally great! I'm left wondering if THIS is how they're supposed to be, crispy, coated and flavourful! All taters I've ever had at all other locations aren't coated, crispy or flavourful like here. I think this is how head office or even the founder meant them to be but other locations skimp out on the ingredients and pass it off as some bland taters. I say to staff here, keep it up and don't change anything! We'll revisit this location next time we're passing through.

Great chicken twice the size of KFC pieces and way better flavour.

The young lady was very nice and helpful as I walk with a cane and she even brought our order to the table as she asked if we were dining in or taking it 2 go and since we were dining in she told me to take a seat and she'd bring it over

If I had to pick between eating Mary browns or not eating I’d not eat. Don’t waste your time going here. Paid $32 for the most flavourless food I’ve ever eaten. Ordered potato wedges and chicken tenders. My tenders barely had any breading and had zero flavour. The potato wedges had no flavour and no salt. It was a 1/10 meal. I couldn’t even finish it.

It would be nice if they answered their phone, we called twice!

Avoid, keep driving. I waited for 20 mins, for a 2pc, that was salty af! I otherwise think MB chicken is good, maybe even better than KFC. Just not this time, and not this location. Oh, and they weren't busy, and they served three people ahead of me, who ordered after me, who ordered more food than me. But, the server girl was very friendly, and did a good job. Maybe she should work somewhere else?!?!?
