i keep seeing bad things posted about this mary browns on my facebook and I witnessed extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior at this restaurant. The management and staff were rude and disrespectful, especially toward their own employees. What was most disturbing was the racist attitude displayed it was clear that certain workers were being treated unfairly based on their race or background. No one should be treated like that, especially in a place of work.

This kind of behavior is not just disappointing, it’s dangerous and wrong. I won’t be coming back, and I hope others think twice before supporting a place that tolerates racism and disrespect in any form.

**Absolutely amazing experience at Mary Brown’s Shelburne!**

I want to give a huge shoutout to Jahnel for the outstanding customer service I received during my recent visit. The restaurant was *incredibly* busy and the heat added another layer of stress to an already fast-paced environment — but Jahnel handled it all with the utmost professionalism, respect, and integrity.

Despite the chaos around her, she remained calm, kind, and efficient. You could see she genuinely cared about providing a great experience for every customer. It’s rare to see someone work so gracefully under pressure. People like Jahnel make all the difference and keep customers like me coming back.

The guy in the kitchen with so much hair wearing bracelet, ho hair net no beard net used bare hands handling our burgers, I asked the front line worker and he said I don't know what to say. Disgusting
