Mary Brown's Chicken

i keep seeing bad things posted about this mary browns on my facebook and I witnessed extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior at this restaurant. The management and staff were rude and disrespectful, especially toward their own employees. What was most disturbing was the racist attitude displayed it was clear that certain workers were being treated unfairly based on their race or background. No one should be treated like that, especially in a place of work.

This kind of behavior is not just disappointing, it’s dangerous and wrong. I won’t be coming back, and I hope others think twice before supporting a place that tolerates racism and disrespect in any form.

**Absolutely amazing experience at Mary Brown’s Shelburne!**

I want to give a huge shoutout to Jahnel for the outstanding customer service I received during my recent visit. The restaurant was *incredibly* busy and the heat added another layer of stress to an already fast-paced environment — but Jahnel handled it all with the utmost professionalism, respect, and integrity.

Despite the chaos around her, she remained calm, kind, and efficient. You could see she genuinely cared about providing a great experience for every customer. It’s rare to see someone work so gracefully under pressure. People like Jahnel make all the difference and keep customers like me coming back.

The guy in the kitchen with so much hair wearing bracelet, ho hair net no beard net used bare hands handling our burgers, I asked the front line worker and he said I don't know what to say. Disgusting

Absolutely horrible experience !!!
40 min wait for 2 peoples food.
It took us paying and waiting 20 min for them to tell us they had no mashed potatoes. So they had to refund us because what we wanted to replace it with was $2 more! So much for their mess up and fix. And then had to wait another 20 min for more food !!! Manager would not look at me or talk to me or admit they messed up !! Will NEVER be back to this location !!!!!!!

The food has always been great but the service is ridiculously slow. I've ordered ahead, on the app, multiple times. And each time I am still waiting 30 min. passed my order time. People came in, ordered at the counter and received theirs before the mobile orders got their food.
