Went through drive thru on Monday Nov 11 @ 7:25 pm had ordered Happy Meals & mcflurries for my Granddaughters, total was $17 and change, had to put in my pin # before I realized the large cover on the pin pad was split at the side and had slipped, I had inserted my pin # twice, then it just kept declining my card, thinking it was their machine, I offered to go inside, tried my card inside same outcome, the girl at the counter couldn’t have been nicer, I was embarrassed, but knowing I had money in the account was baffled. Manager came over, asked me to go get other card, I only have one.
Then he kept repeating “we have not have problem with machine since morning” on the 3rd repeat of this statement, I said I understand that, but I used the card not 45 minutes ago.
He smiled, said I am sorry madam I cannot help you, walked away and enroute picked up the Happy Meals and threw them away. I could feel myself blushing, a young man offered to pay for the kids meals, I thanked him but declined. My Son was in the area, and came over and purchased their food, I called the bank while I waited for them, turns out incorrect input of pin I’ve had for 12 years, froze my card.
I was annoyed at myself, and them, realizing it was the pin pad cover on their machine that had contributed to this, then my Son said, last year his card somehow was demagnetized, McDonald’s in Orangeville gave him his food, when he tried to return 45 min later to pay, the manager told him it was on her. The manager in Shelburne, chose to throw the meals away, in front of me, rather than allow me to come back with the money. So thank you sir for that demoralizing experience.

I was helped by the working staff Prabh. She is very kind and helpful. Even the other staff over there were all very cheerful and happy. I loved the environment here and all the caring employees. Would definitely visit again.

We only stopped for coffee but it was piping hot and yummy. Just what we needed.

Ask for extra pickles twice and they put 2 extra pickles on the burger...ask for a large drink and they dont even fill it all the way...so not only are prices rising but service and comprehension is at an all time low.. this is exactly why i dont like going to mcdonalds anymore.. not to mention my last few visits they get the order wrong or dont even give me all my items forcing me to return to get what I paid for.
Decided to try coming here again and the new cajun items are good but the wait time was insane and again got a mcdouble with extra pickles and there is literally one pickle slice on the entire burger..... idk what is going on with this location but things need to change milkshakes done right away and then waiting 20 to 30 min the kitchen was full of employees and my order had nobody else in front at the time. Like i get drive through was fairly busy but to wait that long and to have things like ordering extra pickles and getting one is ridiculous....

i’ve spent way too much money here THEY ARE THE WORST MCDONALDS IN THE WORLD. they double charge you, forget one or more things every time i go there. whenever i get a drink it’s COMPLETELY THE WRONG DRINK, they’ve given me the wrong orders before today i went and they gave me a sandwich with NO BOTTOM BUN and got a poutine NO CHEESE this place is a mess i work at a restaurant and this is the saddest excuse for a mcdonald’s i’ve ever seen i hate this place with a passion GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE

I just wanted a coffee for the ride home, as I was coming from from Toronto to Owen Sound. I pulled into the drive-thru and waited at the front speaker. This Mcdonalds has 2 lanes in their drive-thru. I waited and nobody took my order. 4 cars got ahead of me in the other lane, but mine was left hanging. Just as i was pulling away, only then did somebody speak, it was too late. Not coming back here again ?
