I'm a fan or pre-ordering, particularly at Tim Hortons but the delays in this location are disastrous.

Been here several times and each time is different. Most recent experience had the worst fries I've ever had at McDonald's, which is disappointing since why else would you go to McDonald's other than the fries? I had a McChicken that was overcooked, so I guess if you add them both together then the meal was cooked perfectly 😒

I went to the shelburne McDonalds tonight and didn’t get my fries and my friend didn’t get his burger so I went back and she yelled that I got my fries and didn’t give me a burger and then I found a hair in my food

It’s truly Ridiculous how much different the food is when you get breakfast at 7 AM compared to 9 AM Been getting breakfast at the Shelburne McDonald’s for a while before I go to work and today and the other day when I got breakfast after nine The absolute quality and just taste is way better makes you think you are eating at a different restaurant. Bacon wasn’t burnt to hell and English muffin are not rock hard. Just want this this to change and I hope this message reaches the right people and they do something about the morning shift, Also just to add I’m not just talking one day a week. I’m talking like almost every day a week. It’s the same burnt bacon burnt English muffin as if they don’t even care in the mornings I would say I just go to Tim’s, but Tim’s doesn’t even heat theirs up. Cheese is never melted. It’s just a worse sandwich.

I’ve been here multiple times and each time I’ve ordered AN ORIGINAL JR CHICKEN!!! Every time I’ve gotten the spicy Jr patty!! For a person who doesn’t eat anything spicy and I’ve been eating Jr chickens/Mc chickens for years!!! They should know what patties are what, but the employees insist that it’s not spicy. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
This is the only McDonald’s that I have this problem with as well!

My husband were in for dinner this past Friday night . We both ordered the new double cheesy combo . The bun was very stale and super cold . Otherwise the meal was good .
To the woman working early this new years morning on the drive through, try not to be so miserable in the future. After asking if they could mix 2 pops together, she informed us that they didn’t do that. Our driver said “no tip, just kidding” followed by laughter. This joke seemingly set off this worker and she refused to serve us afterward (even though McDonald’s doesn’t accept tips?) After pulling forward, a kind gentleman working at the window took our order. Basically, what I’m saying is not everyone is meant for service and her attitude was evident of that. Late night McDonald’s trips no longer on the menu for us. Happy new years!

We went there tonight to order dinner I ordered a double quarter pounder and when I opened this is what I got, truly disgusting and 100% done intentionally anybody in there right mind would have saw this before it went on the bun the manager on duty was great about it however to the person who made it if you don’t like your job then quit or you just need to be fired,It’s a good thing I looked at it before I took a bite.
