I placed an order online for pickup at 1130. Upon my arrival the store hadn't opened yet. As of 1145 the door was still looked and the lights are out. Glad I selected pay in store and didn't pay online.

I normally have had a great experience with New Orleans in Shelburne but last night we had ordered a pizza and when I got home I opened the box and the pizza cheese was burnt and the pizza had no pizza sauce on it. We also ordered nachos which ALSO was burnt ( BLACK) to a crisp we could not even them. Very disappointed and I believe the woman who was working knew she did not do a great job because she passed the tipping option on the debit machine for me.

Used to be my goto for pizza in the area for many years, but not anymore. The last year and a half, the service and quality have declined. Delivery would take too long and usually missing items. The quality of the food is not great nor cooked properly. Seems like corners are being cut.

The pizza was absolutely terrible. Not what we ordered.. we tried to call the a couple of time and no answer.. the pizza was undercooked..

I've ordered from here several times in the past, and the quality was fantastic. Today, I ordered from New Orleans, and it was simply terrible. I asked for the panko crust but did not receive it. One of my pizzas tasted awful. I will not be ordering from them again.

I personally love the food here. However, due to understaffing on busy days, the service has been consistantly HORRIBLE!! The past 13 times has been BAD and i am only writing this because we've had wrong orders consistantly. Always messing up the sauces, toppings, and recieved wrong orders; don't get me started on the wait time.
The poor lady is always flustered due to lack to staffing. This has nothing to do with the food or the individual service, as I would assume service would improve with adequet number of staff. There is only so much 1 person can do.
