Extremely upset the customer service at this location is trash. I accidentally dropped my pizza on the floor. I went talking to customer service. They said that each store has the choice to replace pizzas in this situation. This location decided to do absolutely nothing extremely upsetting, horrible customer service. Please get another Pizzaville that we can shop at.

*Update Still a favourite food wise but the past 2 visits they have expired flyers and wont honor the prices which is mind boggling to me. Throw the old flyers in the recycling or honor the prices your presenting. Its false advertisement. We will not be returning anytime soon.

My regular stop for Pizza in shelburne.Good food and customer service is awesome.
We ordered for the first time from here tonight. Very disappointed. We got the potato wedges, rice balls and two pizzas. Everything was burnt except one of the pizzas and the other was missing some of the toppings. My daughters couldn't even eat any of it. Not sure why you would think it's acceptable to give burnt food to paying customers🤔. We had already gotten home and it was too late to drive all the way back when we realized. Waste of $40.
