I’m currently devouring some butternut squash lasagna that I picked up from Ty & Rosie this morning at the farmer’s market. It is DELICIOUS! Such awesome flavours, great textures, a lovely creamy sauce, really nice portion size. Highly recommend!

They created the BEST vegan cake for us and were so accommodating even though it was short notice. Everything they make is so delicious, you can’t go wrong! But this cake was absolutely spectacular!!

Wow. Just wow. I didn’t realize they were gluten free and vegan until I got home (duh!!). But wow. Everyone loved the box. Each item was better than “normal” baking. Great job!! We’ll definitely make this our stop for any special occasion where we want to wow people.

The Mango Curry from Shine Baking was so delicious!! The flavours in every bite were so mouth watering and the portions were quite plentiful. I always knew Shine Baking did a fantastic job at sweet treats ( which we also picked up) but the curry is another favourite! As always, they are incredibly friendly and helpful to answer all menu questions.

Is AMAZING!!As someone who struggles with gluten and dairy sensitivities - who also has a sweet tooth - I’ve been looking for a place that offered good quality baked goods that didn’t hurt my stomach or cause me any digestive issues. LOOK NO FURTHER THAN SHINE!!The cinnamon buns and Nanaimo bars are my absolute favourite! I’ve sampled a number of their products and haven’t had anything that wasn’t super delicious yet! No stomach pains. Happy smile on my face after eating a warm cinnamon bun. I’m a happy customer!Oh and PS their customer service and deliveries are top notch as well! You guys rock! :)
