There were 4 baristas and no other customers and they took forever to greet me. Also the gentleman taking my order was speaking with someone over the phone while taking my order.

i order the same drink every day. i do not live in shelburne and ordered at this location today. first off the girls working just stared at me when i walked in.. i took my drink and my cup was half full. i asked for a bit more milk and was told “i can’t add more”. lol. i have never had an employee refuse to fix my drink?? do you want me to pay a dollar for a splash of milk? that wasn’t even an option. just no milk allowed. they also put half pumps of syrup because the drink was not sweet. wild. never coming back to this location. learn your own company policies and stop being cheap. thanks!

My visit to the Shelburne, Ontario Starbucks was incredibly underwhelming. The four baristas on duty seemed unmotivated and disengaged, creating a lackluster atmosphere. Despite only three customers in the store, the service was frustratingly slow, and the drive-thru was closed for no apparent reason. Worse, almost every item I tried to order was unavailable, leaving me empty-handed. This location desperately needs staff who are passionate about their work and a restock to meet basic customer expectations. I expected better from Starbucks and won’t be back until improvements are made.

We went during perhaps the busiest time of the year (August Long Weekend). The staff were friendly, fast, positive, professional, etc. props to them.

A real pleasure stopping at this location on our way to and from Collingwood and Wasaga beach. Always a real treat. Explained to one of the barista's my bad experience with one of the hotels we stayed at.

Either correct your Closing time or stay open. Google says open till 9:30 I was there at 9:20 and all you guys did was laughing through the drive through window. Such a waste of time & gas

Starbucks Shelburne has been around for nearly 3 years, now, and each quest there never disappoints!

It must be noted I'm a nerd for novelty, in general; when it comes to new menu options, that's especially true.
So, when I noticed the new Summer Refresher, I was compelled to give it a chance...and, gadzooks, was I impressed!

I'll avoid giving any spoilers, for the benefit of those who haven't tried the Refresher, yet. But, trust me, most of you will want to order it, at least once before it disappears come the end of summer.
