Placed an online order that said it would take 6 minutes. About 2 minutes before the order ready time, we went through the drive thru and we were greeted by Dylan. Immediately he was rude and said "for mobile orders its 15 minutes" but right on the app it said 6 minutes. We didnt even complain about waiting or anything.. he just told us right away at the window with attitude that it takes 15 minutes. Not sure what his problem us but he was not friendly at all. The store was empty as well with no one behind us and we did not complain about waiting before he made the remark so not sure what his deal was. The rest of the staff are usually very welcoming.

Nice people here, we visited in Christmas time when nowhere else was open and they allowed us to have our own lunch there as well as their drinks!Really appreciate considerate people as we had hungry kids and nowhere to go and

Clean bathrooms and food service at this location.
I went through the drive-through, and I ordered some thing new, and they took the time to explain what was in it, while being so friendly and kind. Then at the window while waiting for my second beverage, the girl made very friendly conversation. A second girl brought me my drink, and was the most friendly experience I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this location left a very good impression on me

I just went to this location for the first time today and I had to leave a review. The staff were so lovely, easily the cleanest washrooms I’ve ever seen, cleanest floors, fastest service and warmest welcome and chats with the baristas! I used to work at a Starbucks and this location is easily the best one I’ve ever been to, (and I’ve been to a lot) it takes a lot for me to take the time to leave a review of a coffee chain but they seriously blew me away with their kindness and overall energy! It’s hard to work somewhere that is such a pillar in people’s lives and not know how much of an impact you make in their day and I know these partners make people feel loved and welcomed every chance they can. Amazing job, if you’re driving through Shelburne and need a little pick me up, go here.
