I have been in three times to order a sub. The first time the bread was burned. I decided to order a turkey sub the next time so it would not need to be toasted. Today I decided to try the steak and bacon sub again and the servers needed a lot of directions to make it and all J added was cheese and bacon. I specifically asked twice for my receipt and when I paid I asked again and the fellow on cash said it was in the bag. When i got home there was not receipt. Which I needed for my income tax.
The store is short staffed and one fellow speaks very little English. I have been there three times recently and have had two bad experiences.

Excellent foid but by gollybwe were surprised at the oruce. For a sandwich, even if it is a footlong, with a drink & potato chips for 2 it ran over $ 40.00.

Consider if you will that we can dine on a steak at Chuck's Roadhouse for $ 15.00 for a 7 ounce steak, potato & vegetable.

But the service was friendly & the restroom clean.

We did an online order tonight three out of the four sub were ok I ordered a bourbon bbq stk and cheddar there was no sauce or cheese the worker told me I didn’t put cheese in the order even though it says it in the name so I brought it back and asked for a new one seeing as it was very cold and he tells me he can’t make me one because there’s no management there and he would get questioned why he made a new one well I have worked at several restaurants and if the order is wrong or customer doesn’t like it it gets replaced no questions asked.
So what does the worker do he microwaved it to reheat it so my veggies were soggy and hot which made my sub disgusting. This is what my sub looked like when I got it back

My daughter stop by for the sub and ordered one for me as well . The guy was very stingy barely put any toppings on the sub she kept asking him to put more. Bread is hard as a rock i had 2 bites i can’t chew it.

the staff is very rude and rushed me to order while barely adding any toppings to my sub. i had to repeat myself at least 3 times because he kept getting distracted. he said that he can’t claim a subway deal (on the app) because there was no barcode provided… then how is this a subway branch if you don’t take their coupons? the bread was stale as well. stop being stingy if i’m paying full price!!

Had takeout from this Subway. Both sandwiches the meat was totally dry and looks like there was some sort of shortage on meat - all the sandwiches were Bread and Lettuce. Paid extra for bacon and got 2 little slivers of bacon on a foot long sub. This location won't be open much longer if they keep this up
