The Tipsy Fox Pub & Grill - Shelburne

Ordered takeout, it was waiting at the front on time when I walked in which i was happy about because it's a heat wave and there's icecream in my order. Lady had to walk to the back of restaurant to get my bill. Once back, had to walk to the back again to get my change. Then she said they didn't have the chocolate cake on my order and asked if I'd like to pick a different dessert. I just asked to be refunded and of course she had to walk to the back to get it. She came back with the pre-tax amount only. I asked why I wasn't refunded the tax i was charged on the bill, for pure principal, to which she said she need to go to the back to find a manager to sort it out. I just left before the icecream was soup, which it was when I got home. Plus we were missing one of 3 poutines we ordered. Been here quite a few times eating in and it was fine. Save your money on the take-out though. Pretty pricey to be missing things from the order.

Fantastic food here at the Shelburne location. Had the Spinach Dip, fish n chips and wing chicken sandwhich. Food was super fresh and cooked to perfection. Stop by and give it a go!!!!!

Had an amazing fish and chips lunch @tipsy fox pub. Thankyou so much to the lovely waitress who served us outside on the patio. And I am told the broccoli/cheddar soup was perfect. Best ever.

This place was great. The food was delicious and my family and I loved it all. Michelle was our server and she was super friendly. I generally write a lot more but I was quite satisfied here and this is all I need to put in order to convey my appreciation.

The food was great and so was the service. I only had an issue with overcharging. I ordered a pitcher clearly with says $15 everyday (no hidden fees was mentioned). When I asked for my bill it says $21 for the same item. I did ask the servers and I was told it was a mistake from their end, but they dragged the whole process of indentifying and resolving. We left without resolving. But do check your receipts!

Came to tipsy fox for music bingo tonight , long wait to get in and a table … but I will say our server Meaghan was AMAZING !!! Extremely attentive … not waiting long periods of time for our server to tend to our table or for drinks etc … must say this is the best service I have had here with how attentive to our table Meaghan was. Way to go Meaghan !! Thank you for being a top notch server !!

The place is really nice ngl, I like the vibes, however I feel like the service and the food could have been better. Our server was very slow and forgot things/wouldn’t pick up dirty dishes after each round (starter, main, dessert), when it came to payment, I paid happily and tipped what I felt was appropriate and she gave me the strangest look…I tip base on service, expecting a high tip without high service is crazy.

My sister and brother in law and parents went there this evening to celebrate her one year anniversary of her organ transplant. Her food didn't come out till a good 10 minutes possibly 20 minutes after everyone else. They said they gave her food to someone else. Staff didn't seem to care, still charged full price. Please do better, this was supposed to be a good kight for her to celebrate her life changing anniversary. She specifically picked this place as she wanted to try it.
