I had such an amazing experience at the Tim Hortons in Shelburne thanks to Kendra! She was so friendly and informative about the products, and she really went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. My food on Monday was phenomenal — made perfectly, just the way I like it. Kendra’s attention to detail and excellent customer service made the visit such a positive one. I’ll definitely be back!

Hey Managers & Supervisors, please let to know your team that how to punch tea bag in the steep tea. Let to know your night team that how to behave with guest. Very first I ask for French vanilla, but she said it’s under cleaning after that I order steep tea, I forgot to add tea bag, whenever I ask for the tea bag, she said that she is unable to provide it Bcz she don’t know where is the option on register. And she denied to add on. Means seriously!!!!!!!! No politeness, no greetings, so thanks to girl just pass me the coffee, Bcz it’s her favour on me. Thanks for this stupid service, really appreciate!!!!!!!!!👎🏻

We stand over here for a longer time. In a queue but the workers over here do gossip don’t i interested to pay attention on customer. Even they are 5 in number but still very bad service i have to wait 10 min for my order worst customer service ever

I’m my opinion; just purchased 4 coffees as usual most every day but yesterday December 21st the coffee was horrible as it tasted watered down!!!!!! Almost no flavour. I’m my opinion perhaps shrinkflation has diminished the coffee volume in the packets they use. Alternatively the coffee packets may have been filtered twice! Just tasted like absolute nothing!! Perhaps McDonald coffee is the consistent coffee flavour I’m looking for. Just saying.
