This is the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever been to for order accuracy. It has become even worse in the last couple of years.We just stopped going there, especially now Starbucks and McDonald's are right next door.

If you are standing in line you might as well be invisible. All the employees have other tasks than serving Customers. Like most brands they want you to use their app to reduce headcount ?The food is mediocre, the service poor and the atmosphere non-existent.

I've always received good service here. The in-store restaurant is spacious and tidy, and the drive through is very long with lots of opportunities to change your mind and get out of the line before ordering, if necessary (usually, you're trapped once committed to a drive-thru)

Edit: tried it again as it's on my well traveled route...WTH Head Office!!!Fix this filthy disaster. All these awful reviews, and in two years there are no improvements.This was repulsive. Bathroom floor and toilets covered with urine, feces , toilet paper. Used sanitary products lying around. No running water, soap or garbage can. I changed my mind and left without buying anything. If the front is like this what does the back look like? Judging from reviews this location has a lot of problems. How do you get away with this? Where is head office? Do you not value your customers? If health board would have walked in you would be shut down. As you should be!

Yesterday around 12 in the afternoon. I ordered orange pickoe double double through drive through. On my way back i found that there was no tea bag inside just milk with water ,same happened last year with meWorst service
Sausage farmer wrap is the best for breakfast and Very recommend for travel and morning

Cofee spilt all over the lid. Had to literally wipe em using tissues. Tables were not cleaned. Toilets maintained poorly. Would not recommend the joint.

Hit and miss. The Farmer's Wrap is quite yum, but, the new Egg Bites are woof! I couldn't even finish 1 of them. I tried them thinking they would be comparable to the Starbucks egg bites, but, Tim's version is dry, tasted bland like nothing, and felt microwaved. Woof! Pass.
