Food was good, service was good. Upon using the washroom prior to leaving, I passed a kitchen employee coming out. Sink was bone dry so clearly a food handling hygiene issue. Based on the cleanliness of the facility, he wasn't cleaning. Felt immediately ill afterwards. Would have vented to customer service page if it worked.

When the A&W Simcoe team heard our story, they gave us the best treatment. They gave my parents a discount for our large order, and sent along a beautiful gift, and card signed by their whole team. The food was hot & amazing

We want through the drive thru Friday june sixth at 7:30pm we waited a long time at the window. Upon arriving home we noticed how raw our fries were. Not even close to half cooked. This is unacceptable. If You value your health do not eat at this location!!
