I want to say first that that food was good. No issue there. Our struggle was our waitress named Haley. She was rude, never smiled, and overall did not make us feel welcome. There was another waitress who helped a bit with our table and she very personable and funny. I cannot remember her name sadly. If we get her we will come back. Otherwise, we are likely not going to return.

Went here for my birthday dinner, the spinach pasta dish was really good. Had a server that definitely was pushing us to be quick the whole time. She came over as me and my daughter went to bathroom and asked my partner to order. Later while still in the middle of eating the host brought over takeout containers. Even though we were still eating. I started packing up my leftovers while my partner was still eating his fries and the server came over with the bill and machine ready for us to pay. Even though we never said we were ready. We were going to order dessert as it was my birthday, but felt very rushed to leave.
Overall it was an okay experience, just very rushed.

Waited 15 min for water ! Waited over an hour for 3 meals. This place is awful. Waitress was never around ! 4 tables on dining side , all complaining about services. We wanted to walk out instead of waiting over 20 min just to pay a bill. Will never ever be back to this location, what a complete joke you all are.

Went for a beer and meal during blue jays series. Not many people in dining room, as all in bar. Ordered beers and tried spaghetti and meatballs to try. Felt like we were not too welcome actually. Asked for water and if any cheese to sprinkle, but wasn’t anything. Portion when it came was smaller with 2 meatballs and some sauce. I asked for a 3rd meatball which menu said. Another small ball came. The pasta was horrible, so sticky & fat. It was obviously warmed over from earlier. We were hungry but should have sent it back. First time at Boston pizza and if I go back, will stick to pizza as heard it was good. We’re from out of town so won’t return to this location.

Chicken salad had no dressing on it. Gal was not friendly, little testy. I was still eating the last of my plate and it was taken away asked if we wanted to pay on machine before we even knew what the bill was. Very rushed and it wasn’t busy
