The restaurant was very empty when we arrived. Party of two adults and one toddler. Only two servers. Food took over 45 min to come. Drink refill took forever. This is very difficult trying to keep a little one happy.
Many larger parties started to arrive and finally more staff was helping. Hostess pulled from the front. Food was cold. Asked to speak to the manager… he did not care in the least. Listened. Said a half hearted sorry and off he went. We will never ever go there again.

Not to happy about my take out order this evening. I've ordered here several times and it's usually decent. This time the nacho chips tasted stale, they were rubbery and not good at all. I was excited for the cranberry bre dip, and had ordered it before dinning in and was great. Ordered it tonight and was nothing like it was before, no cranberries in it, straight cream cheese and looked to put strawberry sauce on it, it had no taste and the bread was also hard and stale. I'm not happy with it at all. The only good thing I had was my kids pasta which seemed to be ok. Spent almost 80$ and more than half is being waisted because it was grose.

On a Thurs afternoon, we ordered at 3:57 with a bill of $61.77 and only received our food at 6:15. The food was completely cold and the delivery person told us it had been sitting there a long time. Never again!

Happened to visit on football Sunday and had the pleasure of being served by Katelyn! She made sure we knew all the specials and also made my pickle dreams come true when I asked for some on the side - she's the best!

Just terrible chicken wings my wings were undercooked so they re deep fryer the same wings brought them back with no sauce. . Even tasting worse .

We recently visited Boston Pizza and had a great time. We tried the Chicken & Mushroom Fettuccine Alfredo and the Spicy Perogy Pizza, and both were delicious! The fettuccine was creamy and tasty, while the Spicy Perogy Pizza had a great mix of bacon, potatoes, and sour cream.
The atmosphere was awesome, cozy, and welcoming, with plenty of seating. They had two servers in the front, and while the service was okay, they could improve their customer response time. Plus, with plenty of parking, it’s a convenient place to visit. It’s also a very good sports bar in town, making it a great spot to watch the game. Overall, a great spot for a casual meal.

Went here in the summer and it took a good 45 minutes to get food. Wasn't busy at all. Didn't apologize and my appetizer salad never came. When I mentioned about the salad they didn't seem to know what I was taking about. Tried again tonight with the kids, thinking it was just a mess up last time. Nope!!! Same thing happened tonight only worse. Got drinks quickly, but took a while to have our order taken. Waitress then took a table of 5 order before us that was seated some time after us. Again ordered an appetizer salad .....never came. Not busy. They again forgot my salad and didn't seem to know why. Waited 50 minutes for food. The kids got their food first. When I asked about my salad they brought it with the kids meals.....my main dish never came till I asked for it! Now over an hour getting all our food. I asked for some takeout boxes and the kids included dessert.....another 15 minutes for dessert and no boxes. I'm a very patient person and very rarely complain, but this service was so unnecessary. It's too bed because we enjoyed for food. Won't be back any time soon

I’m calling tomorrow morning the service was awful I got attitude from the waitress and bartender. I didn’t get my drinks it took so long and we left before our food came. I would just drive to McDonald’s

This was the second visit. First was not great but gave it a second shot. Poor both times. Won't be back. First time charged 3.00 for sauce on meatballs and 7.00 for a handul of side fries. Next visit asked for green pepper on pizza. Charges extra for 6 scrawny strips and ended up paying 18.00 for a small 6 slice pizza. Overpriced for what you get. Pathetic. Not busy and had to push plates aside when done. Side plate filthy. It should never have been put in front of us I had to ask for it to be removed. Overall terrible experience at Boston Pizza. Is this why Brantford and Stoney creek locations were closed?

This BP location is always clean and friendly. The food is good and the ceasars are awesome. I appreciate the attentive staff and the beer is always ice cold and well poured. Cheers.
