Had an awesome experience at Boston Pizza! The food was great as always, but what really made the visit stand out was our server, Bree. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, and Bree’s energy and service made our night. Definitely ask for her if you’re going—you won’t be disappointed! 🩷

Just had lunch there, service was good food not so good has the Philly sandwich worse sandwich ever bun was hard as a rock and hardly any meat was like eating a veggie sandwich. Food quality has definitely gone down hill

Came with my 3.5 year old twin daughters at lunch time , it was busy , and there was only one waitress on she never stopped , when we came in it was 7 mins to even get seen and seated and then probally another 20 mins for our drinks and 35/40 mins for our food ! Not the waitress fault but very slow service and the manager was sorta helping and not friendly at all ! Could of been way more helpful , also my daughters burger was way overdid cooked so she didn't eat it ! And the french fries were maybe warm ! Do better BP

The restaurant was very empty when we arrived. Party of two adults and one toddler. Only two servers. Food took over 45 min to come. Drink refill took forever. This is very difficult trying to keep a little one happy.
Many larger parties started to arrive and finally more staff was helping. Hostess pulled from the front. Food was cold. Asked to speak to the manager… he did not care in the least. Listened. Said a half hearted sorry and off he went. We will never ever go there again.

Not to happy about my take out order this evening. I've ordered here several times and it's usually decent. This time the nacho chips tasted stale, they were rubbery and not good at all. I was excited for the cranberry bre dip, and had ordered it before dinning in and was great. Ordered it tonight and was nothing like it was before, no cranberries in it, straight cream cheese and looked to put strawberry sauce on it, it had no taste and the bread was also hard and stale. I'm not happy with it at all. The only good thing I had was my kids pasta which seemed to be ok. Spent almost 80$ and more than half is being waisted because it was grose.
On a Thurs afternoon, we ordered at 3:57 with a bill of $61.77 and only received our food at 6:15. The food was completely cold and the delivery person told us it had been sitting there a long time. Never again!

Just terrible chicken wings my wings were undercooked so they re deep fryer the same wings brought them back with no sauce. . Even tasting worse .

We recently visited Boston Pizza and had a great time. We tried the Chicken & Mushroom Fettuccine Alfredo and the Spicy Perogy Pizza, and both were delicious! The fettuccine was creamy and tasty, while the Spicy Perogy Pizza had a great mix of bacon, potatoes, and sour cream.
The atmosphere was awesome, cozy, and welcoming, with plenty of seating. They had two servers in the front, and while the service was okay, they could improve their customer response time. Plus, with plenty of parking, it’s a convenient place to visit. It’s also a very good sports bar in town, making it a great spot to watch the game. Overall, a great spot for a casual meal.
