For some reason they never seem to answer the phone when you call. I tried over a few day period to call and order a simple cake. Every time ot would just ring and ring and ring. So I called Port Dover and they answered right away. š¤·āāļø

While taking the senior that I support out for a night time treat I found it to be very difficult for her to feel secure while walking into the store as its extremely dark near the entrance and parking lot. No outdoor lighting. Big safety concern for people with poor vision. Even for people with good vision. Its so dark.

Clean and good service. Always a good selection of ice cream. Parking lot is small so there's not a lot of parking. Sometimes you have to wait for a spot to open up. Not a lot of seats to sit inside. They have very few but there are benches on both sides of the building that you can sit at and there's a picnic table in the back of the building that you can sit at if you really want.

They did a great job on Justinās cake. I was impressed by the picture!
Stood there for 15 minutes waiting to be served, wasn't even acknowledged, there was only 1 other customer in the place. We left withoutgetting anything, went elsewhere for icecream.

An hour before Dairy Queen closes I ordered two blizzards, for delivery through door dash, the store cancelled the order. Shocker here, they just didnāt wanna make the order so they could finish there closing dutyās, very unprofessionalā¦ it takes 5-7 days for door dash to refund any purchases when a store cancels your order, I called and spoke to the āmanagerā and he sounded so nervous when I called him out for cancelling the order's and was ignoring every question I asked. I highly recommend getting ice cream any where else.

Great service. Delicious treats. They donāt have the full menu for food and no washroom inside that I could see. But a nice stop for dessert with the kids.
