Don't make them the front line of communication for the company. One can only repeat themselves 5 to 7 times before deciding this isn't worth their time.
I guess Dominoes is like everywhere else and expects the customer to do the leg work of employees and order online themselves.
Delivery drivers here think the are above the rules of the road and just park in the middle of the road. Definitely not a safe practice. Suggested to the driver to use his four ways, or maybe just park at the curb, his response was "it's not a main road so it doesn't matter". Not the mentality I would want from my employees.

The staff helped me out of the way with great compassion and patience. For, the management/ please take a note, your app is extremely outdated, non customer friendly needs urgent attention and modifications. Please take immediate cognizance and advise. Thank you.
Me and my friend got a small pizza at dominoes after going out and it was very good.
