Tried these ones at ribfest sadly 2 ribs were good the rest were tough and bland. Mac and cheese was bland and the beans were awful like cheap can of beans with some kidney beans thrown in. Only good thing was the guys energy doing the ribs and The girl who gave everyone thier food with a huge smile and was so nice. The cornbread was good!
Live 15 minutes from the place. Called an order in for 430. Drove there the order wasn’t even ready. They lost track of it.
Quite unorganized still waiting for the food at this moment . Do not order in advance. These people cannot stay organized beyond two minutes.
Thought I try their ribs at the Norfolk Fair. Extremely disappointed with the them. Dried out tough meat, absolutely horrible. Only thing that was a plus was the taate of the sauce. Out of a full rack, 1/2 was somewhat edible. Really wish I could of experienced the sauce with juicy fall off bone ribs. Unfortunately will just bypass them next time I see them.

Gator BBQ is a must-try restaurant located near a public beach. The rib dinner is amazing, featuring mashed taterz and cheesy macaroni. The broasted chicken specials are fresh and juicy, served with tasty fries and awesome gravy. The brisket meal is tender and delicious, accompanied by mac & cheese, taters, and a cornbread muffin. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. Although there may be some parking issues on weekends, the food is hot and fresh, making for a highly recommended experience for a delicious meal in Turkey Point. While some guests found the Gator Taters surprising, thinking they were tater tots, the generous portions of fries on other meals were well-received. The brisket sandwich was enjoyed, with the option to dress it up. Overall, Gator BBQ offers a great atmosphere with a variety of tasty options.
