It's one of my favourite burger places. I moved out west for 2 years and realized there was no Harvey's to go to on Vancouver Island, so I had to have a Harvey's burger. They did not disappoint.

The owner of this harveys is the biggest skid ever. Rather than giving his employees the power to fix messed up customer orders. It has to go through him in his back desk with your address, proof of identity, passport, bill with your name on it. It's pretty cringe you messed my order up give your employees some power to make the situation right instead of having to escalate it
