Sadly JC Sushi has gone down hill. The food is no longer that good and the service is slow. The last couple times some of the fish was of questionable freshness and the portions were tiny. The staff sit and play board games in the restaurant and have to be waved down to get refills on drinks, reorder etc. They forgot to bring ginger and wasabi and we had to ask for it twice. It would be nice if another AYCE sushi opened in Simcoe because these guys have really gotten lazy. We wont be back.

I'm from put of town and have struggled to find something good to eat everytime I come. This was delicious and affordable

My boyfriend and I love coming here on the weekend. From the welcoming service to the delicious food this place is one of our favorites. The beef short ribs are a wonderful dinner dish and the salmon sashimi is always fresh. I highly recommend it if you want a decent all you can eat experience.

Update: still going strong. This place continues to be one of our favorites.

I have ordered via doordash a number of times now and the quality is AMAZING! Everything is so fresh and the deep fried banana is divine!

We have been here numerous times and it is hands down the best sushi. We travel from Brantford but are originally from Mississauga and this is the best sushi we have had. Highlights: tuna tataki, octopus sashimi (all of the sashimi really), sun kiss roll, jc roll, takoyaki, squid tentacles, beef enoki

Eaten at all you can eat sushi restaurants many times in several cities, none are better quality/value. Right in my home town of Simcoe! So nice to be move back home after 2 decades away and have a wonderful experience like this. Very friendly family owned that is FAST and efficient at delivering excellent food to your table.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very friendly to kids and accommodating.

I used to love this place. We ordered weekly. This last month they changed their recipes. All my regular items did not have mushrooms in them. They now do. I'm allergic to mushrooms, so imagine how surprised I was to find mushrooms in my food that was never there all the years I have ordered the same food. I never thought to mention no mushrooms as I did when I first ordered years ago. This is why I stick to the same things, as I can eat them. spent almost $100.00 to not be able to eat anything is very upsetting. it's a lot to eat out now a days. They were willing to give me a small discount if I reordered the food with out mushrooms. Thanks I won't be ordering again. I'm sure they don't care they lost a customer 🙄 to make it worse the one dish had liquid and a loose lid and it leaked all over my car and my self and my leather purse. ugh

Very nice people but the food is bizarre in my opinion most all you can eat serve very similar I would recommend going to one. sloppy cuts yeah didn't bother me too much rice not enough fish. watery sauce on deep fried stuff is weird why not dip on side like spicy mayo. 5.99 for a pot of tea is ridiculous and your price for all you can eat was to expensive for what you are serving also I felt instantly full after eating a few things was weird. sorry for bad review but I want what I pay for
