Absolutely worse customer service in town. Pull up to the drive thru order at 10 PC. Was told my bucket would be all dark meat as they had no white meat! I said no I wanted white as well Told me it would be 16 minute wait.
I asked about spicy chicken or boneless wings the lady on speaker was extremely rude and disrespectful. Using words like nope and sighing..very every very rude. Sandy, was her name. I recorded her and I will contact head office. I asked for regular fries no garlic, I was given the garlic. They forgot our dip sauces for popcorn chicken And chicken was not fully cooked Waste of 68.00 dollars.
Will never ever return and I can see a lot of lost customer service due to Sandy.

Ordered online at 6:15pm for 6:45 pick up. Just a 10 piece bucket and 3 sides. Got there at 6:40 and was told that there was only dark meat, legs and thighs and ‘that’s okay?’ Well no, that’s not what I ordered. So I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. At 20 minutes I asked again but now it will be another 5 minutes. Customers came and went with their orders but nothing of my order. At 7:10 I asked if they had lost my order and the counter girl just looked blankly into space. 10 minutes later she FINALLY brought my order out. I really have no idea why anyone bothers trying to save time ordering online, these people could care less. As a side note, there were large notes posted in the store indicating they ran out of corn and onion rings, obviously a management screw up. I live nearby this KFC but will be happy to travel a distance away to avoid this franchise.

I love this KFC, it's one of my favorites, the food is really fresh, they are fast, and the best thing is the service, yesterday I was served by Sandy and honestly, what good service, I visit this place every week, it's really amazing.

Terribly long wait. Understaffed. Half my bucket was hot, half was ice cold and slimy. French fries that were cold, and soggy. 30 minute wait for an online order placed well ahead of time. If I could rate the food and service a zero, I would. This is the worst KFC location I've ever come across. I have given it multiple chances, and every time they epically fail. Never again.

Simcoe KFC has always been a great spot to grab food with the clean store front and friendly staff. There is always going to be a wait when you go during the rush hours. I notice so many complaints, but I dont think most people realize the pressure the staff are under. I sat and watched the staff work tirelessly to get everything out quick. Yes they very rarely make mistakes but doesnt everyone? I recommend 10/10 but please be patient with the staff talk and joke around if they arent too busy. Sandy and Ashleigh are always fun to joke around with as they are some of the hardest workers ive seen.
