Service is always slow, they most of the time forgot my drink and or the Che is sick so they can't serve chicken once I was told the wait will be 10 minutes I waited half an hour and then they ha forgotten my fries

A friend went in to Simcoe KFC last week and ordered on the self serve kiosk. She accidentally ordered a large salad instead of a wrap. Not realizing her error until after paying she asked the attendant to check her order. The woman said you ordered a large macaroni salad and a gravy. My friend said oh I didn't mean to order the salad it was supposed to be a wrap. The woman told her she does NOT do refunds! It was an honest mistake and yet the woman berated her for her mistake. After back and forth discussion the woman finally agreed to fix the order. How does a business stay afloat with service like this? No wonder there is never anyone in there! The woman was the manager which made this experience even worse. She treated my friend horribly! No customer service standards there! My friend will never go back and highly recommends to not go there! Absolutely terrible management skills!

Waited 20 minutes for them to make gravy, food was cold. Gravy was water.
Oh and iced tea has been water for a while. Change it out.

This is the 3rd time this month where right after people are done work we try to get drive through and it’s at least a 15 minute wait , for a fast food place that’s not good . They always have a different excuse each time. Will not let it happen the fourth time .

Absolutely worse customer service in town.
Pull up to the drive thru order at 10 PC.
Was told my bucket would be all dark meat as they had no white meat!
I said no I wanted white as well
Told me it would be 16 minute wait.

I asked about spicy chicken or boneless wings the lady on speaker was extremely rude and disrespectful.
Using words like nope and sighing..very every very rude.
Sandy, was her name.
I recorded her and I will contact head office.
I asked for regular fries no garlic, I was given the garlic.
They forgot our dip sauces for popcorn chicken
And chicken was not fully cooked
Waste of 68.00 dollars.

Will never ever return and I can see a lot of lost customer service due to Sandy.
