wait time is actually horrendous.. like every time i go i am waiting decades for my food even when its quite literally empty in the restaurant!

I take this opportunity to acknowledge the contribution of Nisha who has been recently given a opportunity to be the shift Manager. Nisha, had displayed visible changes in service quality, attention to details, customer service and maintaining communication with her customers. She definitely deserves accolades for her good work!

Went into to grab a quick bite after shopping and while waiting for my food I was observing a staff tidy dining space and touch dirty trays along with use the long metal trash stick to compress the garbage cans.

Then said staff member returned behind counter and proceeded to scoop and bag fries and open a drink with hands on the lid/top WITHOUT WASHING HANDS.
I didn’t speak up to say anything about it until they called my number and I asked for new as they were just doing a job with the garbage and the staff replied well I used the stick. I still insisted on new.
Staff made new fries but the drink didn’t get replaced after having it mentioned to 2 staff there.
I ended up throwing away the drink as it is cold and flu season and I’d rather not drink a trash touched drink.

This was by far the worst experience I have had at a McDonald's the food was disgusting and the girl at the counter was rude as hell even giving customers dirty looks . Needless to say I will not be returning to this location again.

This was an absolutely disgusting experience! We ordered a meal and a muffin, and unbelievably, the muffin had flies in it. On top of that, the restaurant was filthy, there was no cleaning staff anywhere, and the service was beyond pathetic.

How can you call yourself a manager when your place is in such horrible condition? The lack of hygiene, the poor customer service, and the negligence are unacceptable. This is not just disappointing — it’s outrageous. Customers deserve better, and you clearly don’t care about the people eating at your place.

You need to take accountability immediately and fix the horrible state of your restaurant before more customers walk out with the same disgusting experience.

I mean it’s kinda ridiculous that I have to write a 1 star review for a McDonald’s. but it borderline just needs to be shut down at this point. You have staff that are openly messing up orders then laughing about it, not correctly making orders or just quite literally throwing them together, I agree with the other review about the fruit flies everywhere. Will probably be calling a health department about their insane behaviour and quality of the food. I advise everyone to stay clear of this and just go to the McDonald’s down the road.

Took my daughter to get a treat after shopping in Walmart. Was appalled at the state of the Mcdonalds. The service was not kind, server was quite rude.

There were fruit flies seen when leaving all over the ketchup pump and a tray on a table was full of them. When advising the staff of this, the lady just stood there and stared at us. Very awkward.

I also took the time to complete the survey to advise of the conditions and service. Unfortunately, the owner emailed me back and did not seem to care much for the absolute disgusting state or how sick we felt after seeing these fruit flies everywhere!!

The owner did advised we could have a free French fry and drink. Seems so unprofessional! Why would we want this? Please clean the store and offer training support to the staff.

We Most certainly will not be going back here!!!

Worst experience ever. All I wanted was some fries and a happy meal for my kids and the weight is literally 30 minutes. Absolutely terrible. I will never be coming back to this location.

Have ordered delivery several times. App automatically defaults to walmart location for my delivery order. Yet walmart does not have the full menu, no fish. Everytime i select the brick n mortar store a couple hundred yrds away it denies me. Further my food always arrives cold and the incompetant door dash drivers never follow the delivery instructions and deliver to the wrong house. Very sad and unacceptable.

Very slow , they take one order , make it and then take your order.. 9 min wait for a bacon muffin and hash brown .
